Over the past two days, we concluded an important milestone for Green Packet — our Board Retreat for our new financial year.
This retreat was not merely about presentations, numbers, or plans. It was about confronting reality, strengthening alignment, and shaping the future we want to build together.
We reflected on the journey that brought us here — the difficult decisions, the structural changes, the discipline required, and the resilience needed to move the organisation forward. We reviewed our current performance with honesty and accountability, while aligning on the priorities that will define our next chapter.
Most importantly, we looked ahead.
The next 24 months must be years of ex*****on, accountability, and purposeful growth. No fragmented direction. No isolated thinking. No chasing distractions. Instead, one shared mission: building connected business engines, stronger ecosystems, and sustainable value creation.
Transformation is never comfortable. It demands difficult conversations, discipline, trust, and above all — teamwork.
But what gives me confidence is this: we may not yet be where we aspire to be, but we are no longer where we used to be.
This retreat reaffirmed one thing clearly — Green Packet is not simply resetting. We are rebuilding with intention, conviction, and purpose.
