新山双福是一家为身心障碍者提供教育栽培和就业培训计划的社福中心。协会亦透过设立回收站，文创空间和二手店，以庇护式及社会企业运作方式提供就业机会和在职培训。此外也努力推广和倡导无障碍生活，社区营造等。
