Crisis Emergency Services is an Advanced Life Support & Advanced Medical Rescue service, available to all. The company is a private company which works with all medical aid, insurance companies locally & internationally & private clients. Crisis Emergency Services falls under the umbrella company of Crisis Response. The Emergency Service was established to provide a International level of care & e
xcellence to the communities of Namibia. Due to the need for Advanced Life Support in the state sector, where all other Advanced Life Support practitioners are in private services, leaving a gap for the communities where the economic restraints make private services unaffordable; although the need for specialized care is required such as heart attacks, cardiac arrest, severe asthmatics, multiple trauma, gunshots, drowning's, over-doses, etc. We provide a free Advanced Life support service to the City of Windhoek Fire Department, on request for ALS. We also provide ambulance services when Fire Department is unavailable. This community initiative is there to support our communities in Namibia. There has been a huge investment into Crisis Emergency Services to make sure all three ambulances & vehicles are equipped to a first world internationally accepted level to provide the exceptional service to the patients in Namibia. Equipment includes ambulances, medical equipment such as ECG monitors & defibrillators, mechanical ventilators for adults, paediatrics & neonates, incubator, etc. The service provided by Crisis Response includes Security, Technical, Medical & Rescue services. The Medical Division is overseen by Advanced Life Support Paramedic Mike Hawkins & the Rescue service by Percy Openshaw. Crisis Emergency Services provides a Prehospital Emeregency Medical Service comprising of Basic, Intermediate & Advanced life support Emergency Care Practitioners; Inter-facility-General & ICU (specialising in ICU & neonatal & premature baby transportation) & step-down/rehabilitation facility transfers; Long Distance transfers locally & internationally when required; Sport & Corporate Events such as cycling, rugby, marathons, motor-sports, etc. Crisis Emergency Services provides critical care at a critical time to the most unstable critical patients to general transportations. Crisis Emergency Services' goal is to be the premier emergency medical service in Namibia, providing all citizens the level of care they deserve in all corners of Namibia!
