My God the creator of heaven and earth and very thing on it, i am here in the name Jesus Christ just as I am, lord forgive me all my sins and make me your son/daughter again I give my life to you since you are the one who have given it to me, I promise not to sin again, let your Holy Spirit lead me to righteousness . I have prayed in the name of our precious Jesus Christ .
