Today, I joined my ward to pay our final respects and lay our late Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senior Apostle Emenike Ekeleme, to rest at his hometown in Ndagbo Amanwko, Uzuakoli.

It was a solemn moment as we gathered to honour a great leader, brother, and committed party man whose contributions and service to our ward and the APC will not be forgotten.

May God grant his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire APC family the strength to bear this painful loss.

Yesterday, I was deeply honored to be part of the Annual August Meeting of my hometown, Uzuakoli, where I had the privilege of interacting with our mothers and community members. I was also humbled to receive an Award of Honour in recognition of my contributions and commitment to the community.

I also attended the Lodu Imenyi Annual August Meeting and later joined the good people of Ozuitem for their Annual August Meeting. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect with the women, share in their celebrations, and reaffirm our commitment to the growth, unity, and development of our communities.

These gatherings remind us of the strength of our people, the importance of our cultural heritage, and the value of staying connected with the grassroots.

I sincerely appreciate the warm reception, love, and recognition extended to me.

Together, we continue to build a stronger, more united, and prosperous community.

Earlier today, I joined the family of Sir Amb. Kelechi Udenze of Agbiyi Nkpa to pay my last respects at the funeral of their beloved mother, Late Mrs. Roseline Okwuchi Udenze.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family and pray that God grants them strength and comfort in this time of loss.

I also had the honour of attending the Annual August Meeting of Amaediaba Nkpa Women, where I joined distinguished personalities in celebrating their remarkable gathering. A WARM WELCOME TO OUR LEADER AT UMUIMENYI/NKPA WARD YESTERDAY

Yesterday, I joined the good people of Umuimenyi/Nkpa Ward to warmly receive my principal and leader, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR, PhD, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, during his ongoing ward tour.

It was a remarkable moment of unity, connection, and grassroots engagement. The warm reception from our people clearly demonstrated the strong bond between our leader and the people he represents.

It was indeed a memorable and inspiring encounter as we continue to strengthen our commitment to progress, development, and the collective interest of our people.

I also joined His Excellency to inspect the ongoing construction of a massive and beautiful classroom block at Amoji Lodu. This is a remarkable project that will significantly improve the learning environment and educational opportunities for our children.

Indeed, from what I saw, I can confidently say that this is one of the most beautiful and impressive classroom blocks in the entire Bende Federal Constituency—a clear demonstration of our commitment to quality education, human capital development, and the overall advancement of our communities.

It was a remarkable and impactful event as my wife, Chief Mrs. Ijeoma Clara Ndubuisi (Asampete), demonstrated her support for the achievements of the APC-led government and the outstanding representation of Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR, in Bende Federal Constituency.

The humanitarian outreach, aimed at empowering and supporting widows and vulnerable women across our communities, reflects the essence of grassroots politics, social inclusion, and responsive representation.

Yesterday, I joined the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR, PhD, on an inspection visit to the gully erosion sites at Amaewu, Amamba, Uzuakoli.

The inspection team included officials from the Ecological Project Office, led by the Director and consultants who traveled from Abuja to assess the devastating impact of the erosion firsthand.

The team witnessed the alarming extent of the erosion and how it has become a serious threat to lives, homes, and public infrastructure. They assured the communities that urgent steps would be taken to ensure a swift intervention to control the erosion and prevent further destruction.

We appreciate Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu for his unwavering commitment to the welfare of our people and for facilitating this crucial inspection. We remain hopeful that this visit will lead to prompt action and lasting solutions to protect our communities.
