AGRIC MINISTER ATTENDS AGRF 2022 SUMMIT

The Honourable Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar, attended the African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) 2022 Summit in Kigali, Rwanda. He was among a group of panelists in a discussion on "Producing and Adding More Value in African Food Systems."

Dr. Abubakar met with the Ministers of Agriculture of Senegal and Gambia as well as some Canadian investors on the sidelines of the AGRF 2022 Summit. He also held a meeting with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

AGRF is the world’s premier forum for African agriculture, bringing together stakeholders in the agricultural landscape to take practical actions and share lessons that will move African agriculture forward.
