I will advice you to take serious attention in the selection of the team that will back you up in delivering the Democratic dividends to the good people of Kauru local Government, your supervisors Councilors and your Advisers should be selected on merit, is only when you have sound supervisories Councilors and Advisers with potential knowledge that can help you to achieve the meaningful development.
