If you can't do without carbs, the trick is to 'eat your vegetables and proteins first'. (I know growing up, we eat all the carbohydrates first before that one small protein😬😂)
- It fills you up faster, which means you won't be able to eat too much.
- It reduces blood sugar spikes. When carb is then introduced,you have fewer blood sugar spikes to worry about. (I will explain later).
