AACTRIS This is to be used as a means of catalyzing economic and infrastructural development in the Area Councils, etc.

The ONGOING Accelerated Area Council Title and Sectional Title Reissuance Scheme (AACSTRIS) is an initiative of the FCT Administration to primarily generate Statutory C-of-Os for genuine owners of Area Council Titles The primary objectives of the AACTRIS Project is the revalidation and processing of C-of-Os for plots of land in the Area Councils, Mass Housing estates and Sectional titles for Multi

-dwelling properties in the FCT. The project receives Customary titles from applicants with a payment of N100,000 only application fee into the designated AACSTRIS account at any Ecobank and upon certification of true ownership will be issued Statutory "bankable" titles.
