All Progressives Congress Nigeria's Governing Party; a Conglomerate of all Progressives.

Formed in February 2013, the party is the result of an alliance by Nigeria's four biggest opposition parties - the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), and faction of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) -merged to take on the People's Democratic Party. The resolution was signed by Tom Ikimi, the current spokesman for the party, who represented the ACN; Senator Annie Okonkwo on behalf of the APGA; former governor of Kano State, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, the Chairman of ANPP's Merger Committee; and Garba Sadi, the Chairman of CPC's Merger Committee. The party received approval from the nation's electoral umpire Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on July 31, 2013 to become a political party and subsequently withdrew the operating licenses of the three previous and merging parties (the ACN, CPC and ANPP).

Who fit apply?

🎓 Students in Nigerian universities, polytechnics and colleges of education - public or private.

🎓 Lead applicant should be at least 300 Level or equivalent. Lower-level students can participate as part of a team led by an eligible student.

💼 Your venture must be CAC registered.

And abeg, no be “I get one idea” alone😅..the project must have moved beyond proof-of-concept and demonstrate real-world potential. A business plan, milestones and KPIs are also required.

Kano understood the assignment🔥

On Saturday, the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) officially inaugurated its leadership structure in Kano, with Dr. Umar Tanko Yakassai as Director-General and Engr. Magaji Da’u Aliyu, PhD, mni as Deputy Director-General.

The gathering brought together national and party leaders, TSG leaders and coordinators, key stakeholders and supporters for one purpose: strengthening the structure, deepening grassroots engagement and getting the machinery ready for the work ahead.

Because politics no be only social media grammar. Na structure. Na mobilisation. Na people. Na presence.

Saturday was the inauguration. Now, the real waka begins💪🏾

Someone asked us:

“APC, how do I benefit from the CREDICORP programme? I need a loan to operate a business.”

Good question..Let’s clarify.

CREDICORP, the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation, is a Federal Government initiative established to expand access to affordable consumer credit for working Nigerians.

It is NOT primarily a conventional business or MSME working-capital loan scheme.

Through participating financial institutions, Nigerians can access different forms of credit, including personal loans and financing for things such as:

• Solar and energy solutions
• Vehicles and mobility
• Laptops, smartphones and other devices
• Home improvement and appliances
• Other personal and household needs

So, if what you need is specifically a loan to start, operate or expand a business, an MSME-focused financing programme may be more appropriate.

HOW TO ACCESS CREDICORP

Visit the official CREDICORP platform, explore the available credit options, select a participating financial institution and apply directly through that institution.

Approval is subject to the lender’s eligibility and credit assessment.

⚠️Please do not pay anyone who promises to “facilitate” a government loan for you.

APC RELEASES TIMETABLE FOR 2026 INEC-RESTORED STATE CONSTITUENCIES AND LEGISLATIVE BYE-ELECTIONS

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has restored four previously suppressed State House of Assembly constituencies in Delta and Kogi States.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given to the Delta and Kogi State Chapters of our great Party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), regarding the conduct of primary elections for the following restored constituencies:

Delta State

1. Abraka State Constituency
2. Isoko North II State Constituency
3. Ughelli South II State Constituency

Kogi State

1. Yagba West II State Constituency

Notice is also hereby given to the Gombe, Bauchi, Delta and Kano State Chapters of the APC regarding the conduct of primary elections for the 2026 legislative bye-elections in the following constituencies:

1. Gombe/Kwami/Funakaye Federal Constituency, Gombe State
