Since the onboarding of cohort 2 program in Benin City, the data science physical class attendance has been very poor.
Based on the importance of data scientist in today's digital world and numerous opportunities available to then, my curiosity is to why the attendance remains poor.
In order to solve this problem, structured and unstructured data are to be generated through questionnaires, surveys, text messages and tables. The data is then integrated, transformed and visualized to get insight into the likely causes of poor attendance to the class.
Then, decisions are made in a way to encourage massive attendance and motivate would be future data scientists who are yet to see reasons to take this Federal government of Nigeria, ministry of communication, innovation and digital economy, and NITDA initiatives, life and career changing opportunities very seriously.
