*ALAO CHARGES STAFF TO FOLLOW THE LEADING OF WHO IS LEADING THEM*

The NYSC Delta State Coordinator Mr Alao Olusegun Olaosebikan has charged members of staff to always follow the lead of who is leading them at all times.

He said this while having a meeting with NYSC Delta staff at the pavilion immediately after the morning meditation.

Mr Alao charged the staff to always see themselves as one not using vile words or hate speech that will jeopardize their image now and after the orientation programme.

He reiterated that the essence of steering committee meetings is for heads of committees to give situation reports about their units and agree on terms on how emerging issues are to be addressed. Only the information necessary is then shared among members of the public.

He warned members of staff against saying things that will disrupt the Success of the orientation course while charging younger officers to always come out for programmes going on around the camp and by so doing they can learn, rather than assume that the programs are for only senior camp officials.

He further reminded the staff that Delta Camp will be receiving the Director of Corps Welfare and Health Services, Mr. Omotade, Ayodele, hence calling for all hands to be on deck, urging all the officials to be in their duty posts while the guest inspects camp facilities, addresses corps members and camp officials on arrival.

He concluded by appreciating all the staff for their cooperation and solicited for more synergy to work together to achieve the desired success, bearing in mind that it's not over until it's over.
