DLA Boss meets with Former DG’s
The Delta State Direct Labour Agency says it will maintain a robust synergy with past Directors Generals of the agency in delivering its core mandate in line with the infrastructural development initiative of the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa administration.
The Delta State Direct Labour Agency Director General, Rt. Hon. Engr. Franc Enekorogha, who disclosed this in Asaba during a maiden meeting between DLA directors, management staff and former DG’s of the agency expressed hope that the partnership would enhance the service delivery mechanism of the agency for the overall benefit of Deltans.
According to him, the DLA under his watch would improve its operational activities by leveraging on the experience of the founding fathers of the agency.
‘We are committed to improving what we met on ground by learning from our past DG’s’ he said, adding that there was need for the agency to interface with them with a view to taking the agency to a higher pedestal of glory’.
While saying that the import of the interactive session was to enable the management of DLA interact with past Directors Generals of the agency, Rt. Hon. Franc Enekorogha solicited the sustained cooperation of the former DG’s adding that they should feel free to make meaningful contributions to the growth and development of the agency whenever the need arises.
Responding on behalf of the former DG’s, the pioneer DG of the agency, Surveyor Terry Noah, who applauded Enekorogha’s initiative, said that the interactive session was a positive development even as he assured the management of the agency of their readiness to partner with the DLA, through meaningful contributions that would help it deliver on its core mandate.
