Today,this morning,with tears, I realise that coming from low class family without any connection in Nigeria means there isn't a hope for someone,reading hard to come up with a dependable certificate in Nigeria means nothing, working hard and fair in things you do in this country means nothing, I realise these when I was scrolling a list of appointment by the Nasarawa teachers service commission,I thought I worked hard to deserve the appointment, but then that is not enough I forget that I don't have the necessary Nigerian criteria! Haba! for more than two years I've been working hard voluntarily in this school, with my help they get Neco science examination center,with my help they have gotten science examination center for Waec I've helped in so many aspects that I cannot mention,not to talk of the students,not to talk of how some time some of the colleaques will look at u "as in she's just wasting her time,now after been through all the d exams,interview bla bla processes and promises by the community now there's nothing.. Am writing this on my wall hopping that some Governments official will see and reason.what kind of Nigeria are they building? What kind of future are we creating?when will all this money and connections things end?look at the level of education in the rural areas, very poor and now they have given appointment without good consideration.I am not writing this because am not part of it?No.is because I've been in the system and in my particular school its like there won't be any change at all.Anyway Alhamdulillah!for those of us without money and connection to offer for our remarkable talents,may Allah be our helper,and for those that have, may He torch their heart and make them help in bringing changes to our dear Nigerian way of doing things for the sake of our Innocent children Amen..
