The association founding members firmly and solemnly resolved to form themselves into a cooperate body, aware of the need to streamline the operation of the hitherto uncoordinated and unregulated activities of Satellite

dealers and installers in Nigeria. Determine to set a standard for Satellite dealers and installers and lay down certain parameters and modus operandi for all Satellite dealers and installers in Nigeria. Dedicated to creating, inculcating maintaining and establishing honesty amongst satellite dealers and installers in Nigeria; between satellite dealers/installers and their clients (customers) on the one hand and between satellite dealers/installers and service providers on the second hand and between satellite dealers/installers and the Nigerian government and indeed the entire Nigerian society at large on the other hand.
