Youth struggle to gain the respect of public officials and are seen as lacking the skills and experience to engage in political activity and lead positive change in their communities. This exclusion, combined with limited educational and economic opportunities, can leave young people both idle and frustrated with the status quo.

But in Bauchi State the case is completely different, Governor Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed sees youth engagement as a real opportunities to participate in political processes and contribute to practical solutions that advance development. He gives more opportunity for youth, to voice their opinions and play a meaningful role in political decision making, because youth consistently demonstrate their willingness and ability to foster positive, lasting change, and likely to demand and defend democracy, and gain a greater sense of belonging.

His Excellency Gov Bala Mohammed sees numerous advantages attached to the inclusion of youth in politics, having charismatic and passionate youths whom politically conscious will foster a rapid growth and development in all sectors of the economy. Gov Bala always advocate vibrancy of youths makes them indispensable in politics as such their inclusion in politics cannot be overemphasized. If this energy is channeled well into politics it will go a long way to affirm their relevance in the polity of their countries.

A clear example of prominent youth that made history based on vibrancy and passion for a peaceful America was the civil rights activist, Martin Luther King. In another instance, in the West African Gaint, Nigeria, Obafemi Awolowo, Ahmadu Bello, Nnamdi Azikiwe to mention a few were all youths when they led the struggle for the independence. Their active participation in politics at that time in the country changed a lot of things in the political landscape of Nigeria. Their efforts gave birth to the independence of Nigeria in 1960.

Young people between the ages of 15 and 25 constitute a fifth of the world’s population but people under the age of 35 are rarely found in political leadership positions. The main challenges for youth are limited opportunities for effective participation in the decision making process, limited opportunity and exposure to meaningfully participate in inclusive decision making processes,

Bauchi State is a clear testimony where young men and women feel inclusions and fully engaged, as well not marginalized in the present administration of Gov Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed in Bauchi state. Simply he understood that youths are an asset for sustainable growth and development. He also understand a need for participatory structures and greater trust between youth institutions and for greater capacity development.

Another advantage of youth inclusion in politics is the access to information. Politics thrives on information. With the advantage of the internet and the social media, youth have virtually an unrestricted access to information and this paves way for the sophistication and robustness of their knowledge base.

With so much help of Gov Bala's political ethics youths are aspiring to make a difference because they are much more enlightened. This is the right time for the youth to arise and challenge the status quo of being left to dance to the tune of unscrupulous elders who try to lure the youth into political vices like violence, rigging, ballot snatching, etc without highly educated, highly literate, highly skilled, intellectually brilliant and self-confident youth.

In generally, Gov Bala Mohammed has nurtured our teaming youth folks to become innovative ideas and are passionate for change in any capacity they find themselves, we most salute Kauran Bauchi for the desired change in the Bauchi political landscape and for his efforts encouraged by the larger society, for given youth a chance to make use of their intellect.

Today and in Bauchi State, young professionals from various educational backgrounds can make meaningful impacts in the economy by way of contesting for elections and being appointed into political offices as sample by Gov Bala Mohammed from commissioners, advisers, Senior special assistance among others, to serve and move their state toward a sustainable future must be at the centre of their hearts.

Before, many youths have been sidelined even though they have what it takes to be change agents in politics. The youth face poverty, barriers to education, multiple forms of discrimination and limited employment prospects and opportunities, but to God be the glory Gov Bala Mohammed has now successfully changed the narrative, and provide atmosphere for the young growing minds to operate.

Without any doubt, and on behalf of youths, I commended His Excellency Gov Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed (Kauran Bauchi) for grooming youths to become a creative force and a dynamic source of sustainable innovation. Because without active participation in politics, a state or nation is toys with its future, and undermes its existential capacity. The active participation of youths in politics must be seen as a beacon of hope for attaining purposeful and sustainable political leadership and stability.

Bauchi State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir has attended the wedding Fatiha of Muhammad Babagana Umara, son of Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum.

Babagana married Ummikaltum Abubakar Kolo, and the occasion held at Shehu's Palace had in attendance, the Vice President of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima among other dignitaries.

LIFTING EMBARGO; A DEMONSTRATION OF GOVERNOR BALA'S CONCERN ON PLIGHTS OF UNEMPLOYED YOUTH

It is obvious that placement of embargo on employment in all the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) by Bauchi State Government has subjected unemployed youth especially graduates of various institutions of learning into economic hardship and total redundancy.

This unwanted situation which has negative tendances on the economic status of the state was also capable of forcing the yong people to engage in various forms of anti social behavior.

Taking into cognisance the implications of the embargo initially placed by previous government and inherited by his administration, Governor Bala Mohammed has recently announced the lifting of the employment restriction by ordering the immediate recruitment of over 1,600 workers across relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the state government.

The breakdown of the employment opportunities shows that the Governor has approved the appointment of 1,000 teachers of core subjects by the State Ministry of Education through Teachers' Service Commission (TSC).

Other approvals granted by the Governor include recruitment of 206 Agric Extension Workers and Farm Managers, 154 Staffs at Aminu Saleh College of Education Azare as well as over 100 Staffs at the State Shari'a Court of Appeal among others.

This giant stride has drawn the attention of Kaura Social Media T V (KSM-TV) to commend peoples' Governor on his foresight and concern to the progress and development of state and youth as the future Leader.

The Forum was also not unaware of Governor Bala Mohammed's efforts to introduce other youth and women empowerment programmes where thousands of people have gainfully engaged into useful ventures.

The beneficiaries were provided with starter packs and empowerment materials such as sewing and grinding machines, motorcycles, farming implements, scholarship as well as different breeds of animals to enable them became self-reliant and useful members in the society.

Applicants are there by encouraged to avail themselves with the opportunity provided.

I'LL PROVIDE REQUIRED SCHEME OF SERVICES, WELFARE - GOVERNOR BALA PLEDGES

Bauchi State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has pledged to leverage on creating windows, robust collaboration with stakeholders in health sector, more will be delivered by his administration in an effort to upgrading the state's healthcare delivery.

He was speaking when he received in audience, the management of the Federal University of Health Sciences Azare and the CMD, Federal Medical Center Azare on courtesy visit at Bauchi Government House, today.

Mohammed who said the doctor-to-patient ratio is terrible, vowed to address the menace by providing the required scheme of services, welfare packages, accommodation and transportation.

While applauding the University and the Medical Center for the services they render, Mohammed said his administration had in the first tenure declared state of emergency in health, under which hundred of facilities and general hospitals had been renovated, equipped and upgraded.

Among Equal, Gov Bala Mohammed Is a Breaking Barriers.

One award to the other, from one deal for Bauchi to another. Project to project; all for the development of Bauchi, maybe if we focused on being light and less on the dark, we might actually see things change.

Reviewing recent activities in Bauchi, shows that Governor Bala Mohd is in the right track and will be around for a long time with his humane and pro-masses attitude in sight. What more do we need than a government for people and less for the few. In a country where oppositions are seen as enemies of the state, critics are picked up and detained for stating the obvious - Sen Bala Mohammed should be applauded for his candour and tolerance.

When God restores you, you might not see all the changes at once. You'll begin to notice parts of you that were broken are no longer that way. Then one day, you realize you're an entirely different person than you used to be. Kaura's second term was possible through the solidarity and votes of Bauchi citizens, they made him a choice out of strict options between the two major contenders; and Governor Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed has emerged victorious again.

Today, citizens of Bauchi State are witnessing the dividends of their choice and the works of patriotism, as easy as it may look, there are challenges, and Kauran Bauchi is working round the clock to give the best while he takes the heat. Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about responsibility and accountability.

Surely His Excellency Gov Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed Kauran Bauchi will do more, as we gaves him another chance restructured our dear State.
