ONE DAY CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP ON MONITORING AND EVALUATION
The Bauchi State Health Trust Fund agency, in collaboration with Whitebrain Consultant Limited, recently held a workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). The workshop aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of M&E principles and practices in government work.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) refers to the systematic process of collecting, analyzing, and using data to track progress, assess performance, and inform decision-making.

The workshop was designed to enhance participants' skills in M&E, ultimately contributing to improved program effectiveness and accountability in healthcare delivery.
Earlier in his opening remarks, Dr. Sani Ibrahim Ningi, Executive Secretary of Bauchi State Health Trust Fund Agency, emphasized the importance of monitoring and evaluation in civil service. He stressed that acquiring knowledge in M&E is crucial for achieving goals and urged participants to learn diligently, grasping the logic and techniques to effectively apply them in their duties. Dr. Ningi wished participants a fruitful discussion and a successful workshop.
