It's an honor and privilege to stand here before the great people of Sil-Umthla Ward. I will endeavour to justify every day and in every act the trust you have placed in me.
And Let me say once again how important this is for me and for the people who are joining me, I'm here today to present a very clear message about the compliment to learn the mistake of the past and to think towards our common future.
For people wanting a stronger democracy, we will meet the challenge of change.
And we will govern for all the people of our LGA.

This week marks a new start, a chance to renew.
And I say to the people of Sil-Umthla:
The new government I will lead belongs to you.

I will work hard for you.
I shall always try my utmost.
I am ready to serve.
