The mining sector now adays has been a key employer and played a role in the development and growth in More recent time it has struggles to attract top skills due to the global demand and the perception of the sector.

Increasing there is an opportunity for the mining industry to play a role in bridging the unemployment gap and respositioning itself as an employer or choice as well as key job creator on the country by recruiting skilled youth and procuring good and service locally mining companies can improve the these business environment and benefits local economy these new opportunity not any lend itself well to the youth demographic but more specifically women. The gender gap in the mining sector has historically been wide with the participation of women very low therefore. The sustainable mineral resources in the state by youth participating in mining sector can turn around the economy future of state for better.
