Chapter 2 Ep 3 💞

"Good day Zack," Ivy greeted her security who smiled at her.
" Did my mom phoned you",
"No," He answered
She was down casted, she rushed inside and went straight to her room, showered and change into a simple dress. She suddenly felt some cramps in her abdomen as she started sweating profusely.
"Oh my God!",'The woman sickness is knocking on my door', She groaned slightly.
She laid on the bed wincing gently, she dozed off.

Charles succeeded in jumping in through the fence, The securities denied him entering the house as he claimed to be Ivy's friend but they doubted him cause it was only Fred and Nora that was introduced to them.
He headed to her room and found her sleeping with traces of tears in her eyes.
He caressed her face with his hands and touched her forehead with the back of his palm and discovered she's running a fever.
She opened her eyes slowly
"Huh... What.., She lost her voice,
" Don't speak, It seems you're in so much pains".
"Who let you in, If not for this, I would've jump from this bed and gave you a brain resetting slap", She yelled sitting.
" Oh I get, You're having a red flood",He smirked.
"" What red flood", She asked not comprehending.
" I'll be right back, don't go anywhere",He said and left the same way he came in.

Few minutes later
" You're back, I thought you left", she rolled her eyes.
" I went to get drugs for you",'Cause of your red flood'He smiled stretching the bag for her.
"How did you know", She whispered.
"Well I have a kid sister, She's not here, so why won't I know".
" Thank you", She muttered feeling shy.
" My pleasure, I'll excuse you to change".
She stood up from the bed, entered the bathroom, She always feel dirty when she have such cramps.
She came out after sometime and dried herself with her pink towel.. she applied lotion on her body and styled her hair in a ponytail with water still dripping from her hair.she wore a bum short and an off the shoulder top, and headed to the kitchen.
"What are you doing in my kitchen", She asked surprised.
He cleared his throat.
"You're not dumb,I asked a question.
" I thought it wise to prepare something for you so you can take your drugs",He replied starring at her especially her lips.
" Why?",
"Off course the doctor said that you should......
"I'll handle it myself okay, I barely know you, so I won't allow you in my kitchen", She interrupted yelling.
She went over and took the pan from him, He tried to stop her as they struggled.
She burnt her fingers slightly, she screamed her fingers turning red.
"I'm so sorry, I had to hurt you, Do you have ointment",He asked feeling sorry for her.
" It's in my closet"
"I'll go get it",
He came back almost immediately, She stretched out her hand, and he applied the ointment, she groaned and he blew air to her fingers muttering"sorry".
"So will you help with the meal"
"No,No,No, I'll wait in the dining for you", she walked away quickly
" Okay Beautiful".💜

📞📞"Hello Mom!"
📞📞"Ivy dear, How are you doing?"
📞📞"I'm doing good, Mom I miss you a lot ain't you coming back? "
📞📞" My dear, Not anytime soon, Want some money?"
📞📞"No mom, I just......
📞📞" Then bye".
"What!", 'I can't believe that mom ended the call, Well it's so usual'.she sniffed.
"I wonder why Nora's not here, I'll just go and have my bath".
She walked to the bathroom and had her bath, she came out losing her towel and wore her newly set of un**es, she dried her hair and dressed up after styling her hair into a pony tail.
She met Nora at the sitting room.
"For a second I thought you won't come".
" I don't go anywhere without my buddy",Nora replied with a light smile.
" So let's go, Let's go",Ivy sang, While Nora chuckled.

* * * * * *
" Are you saying your mom's travelling for good nine months!" Nora exclaimed shocked.
" Yea buddy, she said she wants to take care of some business", she sniffed.
"Aw, I'm sorry Best friend"
" It's fine Nora, trust me I can handle it",
" Hey girls, Good morning, Ivy you look so stunning", Charles winked at her playfully.
" I'll see you in class Ivy",Nora said excusing herself.
" What the hell do you want from me", She yelled.
"Well I thought about it, since we're neighbors we can be friends, don't you think so".
" And you think I'll jump at your thoughts, I clearly don't make friends that easily, And not with someone like you", She hissed.
" I'm not what you think",He said defending himself.
"I guess you don't know who you are then , You're a flirt, a Casanova, a Pl***oy, It would be better if you stay away from me", She hit him on the shoulder walking off.
" Damnit",He cursed.

* * * * * * *
"Girls!, I got some ice creams for the three of us".
"That's so caring of you Fred",Nora smiled widely.
" It's my favorite vanilla flavor",Ivy screamed excitedly.
" Careful, You'll soil your dress",Nora said rather in a spiteful tone.
" Must you act like a dummy",Fred smacked her head slightly.
"That's rude Fred, Apologize to her",Ivy challenged
" I'm not going to Ivy and don't force me",He walked away angrily.
Nora broke down in tears, While Ivy walked to her holding her hands.
"Ivy we're best friends, so why the hate, why does he hate me that much",Nora sobbed.
" He doesn't hate you, I'm sure he was only teasing you, If he tries that next time you give him a earful", She said making Nora's laugh.
" Now smile for me",
Nora forced a smile
"Good girl", Ivy patted her back.

Ivy bumped into Nora, Who was also not looking at where she was going..
Fred on seeing Ivy rushed to Meet them.
"Ivy, You left without informing us", Nora said pretending to be angry.
" You both were arguing, So I had to leave cause it was getting hot".
"Did we annoy you, I'm so sorry Ivy",Fred apologized
" No, don't apologise, I'm sorry I left without telling you guys, but it's okay", she muttered holding his hand causing Nora to clear her throat.
"Hmm Ivy, That guy over there has been staring at you, do you know him",Ivy turned to the direction Nora pointed out and rolled her eyes inwardly when her eyes landed on Charles.
"You're sick Nora" She cussed, 'Come here', She felt Nora's temperature with the back of her palm on her neck. Nora hit her playfully while she groaned.
"You love teasing me",
"It serves you right, Cause you talk too much",Fred chirped in glaring at Nora
" Fred, That's too much",Ivy cautioned making him look down.
I'm sorry Ivy",
"It's fine, That guy is my neighbor, So I guess that's why he's starring at me", 'And oh!, He's a Pl***oy', she added
"I thought as much" Fred commented glaring at Charles.
" Come on guys let's go in"

**** *
"You won the award girl, so why are you in tears",Nora held her shoulders.
" I thought you were present, when other parents snapped with their kids when they got their trophies, But I didn't get to snap with mom", She sniffed.
'How would you feel when you have a mother, But she does not care about you, She always ditch me for her work, she chooses her work over me", She broke down completely in tears.
" Don't say that, I know your mom loves you, a lot".
"She doesn't, and you know what, If papa was alive, He would have been here with me".
" I'm so sorry, I know it hurts".
Nora hugged her for some minutes before breaking it.
"I'm afraid I've to go now, My parents must be waiting for me and more over your securities are waiting too". 'Take care of yourself'.
Ivy wiped her tears.
" Bye Nora, Tell Fred I left", She walked briskly to her car and hop in, with tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

Continuation of ep 2

"Are you set for the show?",Fred asked,
"Off course, I'm very ready" 'Fred is that your mom over there'
"Yeah Ivy Wanna greet her? '
'Yea'. She muttered as they strolled to where Fred's Mom was sitted.
* * *
The fashion show was next, Nora accompanied Ivy to the make-up room to get dressed.
The ladies there did a quite pretty job on her face, though it was a light make-up but she was glowing.
She wore a red handless flowing dress with a pair of silver heels. Nora stepped in and gushed out loud
"Wow! You're so beautiful"
Thanks Bestie, She replied with a wide smile
"Miss, You should go now" A lady announced interrupting their chit chat
" Nora I'm really nervous" Ivy said fidgeting
" You have to take a deep breath, You can do it okay",
"Yeah I can do it", She inhaled and exhaled lightly
" Now, Go in already and show them what you've got" Nora smiled at her as she walked gently to join the other participants.
Girls from different colleges were richly dressed too, Some were mostly half naked, including the college queen of Harrison college, she was dressed in a swimsuit. They all matched in and presented their styles.
Ivy was nervous, but she masked it up with a with a smile and catwalked to the stage making everyone sitted to gasp loudly. Some boys were starring at her mouth wide agape wondering who the beautiful girl was.
She moved with her heels perfectly, Presented her styles and walked off the stage, The people present clapped loudly as even the judges were impressed.
Some girls that were at her back frowned and hissed glaring at her hatefully.
* * *

"Wow Ivy, you nailed it, I told you that you can do it" ,Nora smiled holding her hands.
" Thank you so much Nora, You motivated me so well, You're a true friend and....
" Hey Best friend!, You killed All the guys on stage today",Fred teased interrupting their conversation.
" That means you're dead",Ivy laughed
"If he's dead, he wouldn't be talking to you",Nora said rather in a scornful tone.
" You're so pompous Nora" Fred said angrily
"I'm not"

I'm not.......
Ivy sneaked off, when the argument was getting hot.
"Where's Ivy?",Fred asked looking around.
"Duh, How would I know, You're so irritating", Nora pushed him and stomped off.
" Hi Neighbor!" Charles waved but Ivy walked past him not sparing him a glance
"Hi",He muttered chasing after her but she didn't stop,So he gripped her wrist making her turn to face him.
"Charles, Leave my hand,, What the hell is your problem". She yelled.
" So you know my name and you were just ignoring me"
"Who wouldn't know the popular Pl***oy of this great college"She hissed and yanked her hand off his grip.
" You're playing hard to get huh",He grinned rubbing his chin.

That was so rude of you, Ivy she's still your mom. Nora cautioned. I know but she never show s up when I need her the most. I know dear but still.... Hey girls. Fred interrupted there conversation. You look so pretty Ivy. Fred said looking at her affectionately cosing Nora to be jealous

Chapter 1 EP 1

Ivy has been in the bathroom for ages and Nora's impatient.
"Baby girl, we're running late ain't you set". She grumbled.
"I'm almost done, give me a minute'.
After some hours, she was out dressed in her yellow sport track suit. Her school is competing with some other rich schools, she was so excited about it, cause she was the one participating in the fashion show.
" Wow! ", 'You look so beautiful 💞'.
" Thanks Bestie, shall we go on, I need to convince Mom, unlike last year she wasn't there, with an excuse I wasn't presenting anything. And I don't want those securities around me".
She muttered.
" Don't worry Bestie, your mom won't disappoint you".Nora smiled.
They moved to the sitting room and found her on her laptop, off course her mom is a rich Business woman, she owns lot of companies.
"Mom, I'm participating for the fashion show, in my school, hope you'll come", she held those pleading eyes.
" Oh!, Ivy girl, that's great, I would love to, but I'm dealing with an important business, I'm sorry, I can't make it".
Ivy was hurt, she was red in the face, Nora tried to calm her down, but it was all in vain.
"What do you mean mom?", Last year you made the same excuse, and now these, I just knew you were going to disappoint me". She half yelled.
" Don't raise your voice, I'm your mom"Her Mom scolded.
"Seriously, Mom I don't care, I don't f***ing care, and I don't need those useless securities around me, Nora let's get out of here", with that she slammed the door as they left.
" They won't go around you, but they'll be at the distance watching you", Her Mom yelled enough to her hearing.
