National Productivity Centre Lagos The NPC, Lagos, is one of the state offices of the National Productivity Centre, with its National Headquarters at Abuja, manned by a DG Alh. Kashim Akor

The centre among other statutory functions provides:
- Consultancy, manpower training to organisations in both private and public sectors of the economy
- Disseminate information on methods and programmes for improving productivity in all sectors of the economy
- Conducting studies in both the levels of productivity and the contemporary methods of improving productivity in all sectors of the econ

omy
- Encouraging and assisting business enterprises to set up productivity and quality improvement programmes (P&QIP)
