Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF) takes a lead role in MSMEs development and growth. NCDF recently introduced Scoenterprise Start – up and Entrepreneurship Programme (Scoenterprise) to provide effective solutions for MSMEs with financial and social sustainability concept to have access to finance, entrepreneurship, technical assistance, and mentorship in Nigeria.
The aim is to foster an ecosystem where entrepreneurs with social mission can develop innovative ideas, products and services that can benefit the society by meeting underserved needs, unleashing underutilized talents, while still making good financial returns on investment. We recognize that youth are brimming with innovative ideas to tackle the complex challenges that confront today’s society.

Affordable Housing

The NCDF affordable housing initiative was formed by NCDF entering into a partnership with the Nigerian government and some of its development partners to construct and deliver good quality, low-cost housing to communities with the greatest need. As part of its affordable housing provision scheme, NCDF also partners with African Housing Group, a UK based company with a mission to provide homes to millions of Africans in the Diaspora. Some of the countries currently benefiting from the NCDF- AHG partnership are Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Angola, Tanzania and Uganda.
