ORGANISATION/STRUCTURE
The Board is managed by a Board of Directors referred to as the “Governing Board” comprising:
a) A part time chairman
b) The General Manager, who is the Chief Executive
c) Nine other part members
The Chairman and member of the board are appointed by the Governor. All members serve on part time basis except the General Manager. There is a Secretary/Legal Adviser who is a leg

al practitioner appointed by the Governor to serve as the Secretary/Legal Adviser of the Board and renders Legal Services to the Board. The General Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Board and assisted in the performance of his duties by five (5) Assistant General Managers who head Administration and Personnel, Projects and Planning, Operation and Services, Finance and Supply and Commercial Departments.
