The Gombe State Urban Planning and Development Authority (GOSUPDA) wishes to inform business owners that are into advertisement on Billboard, signboard, directional signpost, Billboard mounted on the right of way and advertisement for business logo on Vehicles that they are requested to formalize the necessary documentation on the above listed business for the provision of a strict, fast-track and sustainable development control for a modern Gombe State while leveraging the favourable political Leadership.

Also, GOSUPDA is informing the general public that it will continue on delineation of Temporary structures on the right of way in Gombe State.

Therefore, shop owners, business premises within the right of way are strongly advised to corporate with the relevant authorities during the exercise .

The Gombe State Urban Planning and Development Authority GOSUPDA the team, Group Captain BP BILAL, DG Gombe State Geographical Information System GOGIS Dr. Kabiru Usman Hassan, and Chairman Committee on Lands and Survey Hon. Hamza Adamu, the team has visited the site situated at Manawachi quarters. is one of its functions to look into issues of encroachment on individual and Government land, Engr. Muh'd Y. Kings advised the two parties to resolve the issue within their self, the DG GOGIS request the SA/Ex. Chairman to stop processing the file, secondly advised Musa Usman Kinafa to apply for change of purpose from residential to commercial, also, apply for change of face of his house from one site to another site, thirdly request the GOSUPDA to serve all who encroached/constructs within R-of-W with removal Notice, the team wishes to partner with the general public to support Government developmental and infrastructural initiatives and also task the public to take custody of the gesture

The Gombe State Urban Planning Development Authority. (GOSUPDA) as one of its mandate to look into issues of encroachment on individual and Government land, a team led by the overseer, the Directorate of Compliance and Enforcement, alongside the overseer, the Directorate of Operations and Engineering Services, inspected Wuro Ladde quarters to resolve encroachment cases within the neighborhood and also issue stop work notice on some illegal development. The team was also in Sudanyya quarters where some people were issued invitation latters to come over to the office for proper documentation as regards their building approval.
GOSUPDA wishes to partner with the general public to support Government developmental and infrastructural initiatives and also task the public to take custody of the gesture. GOSUPDA IS WORKING.
