I am grateful to have participated in the Social Protection Workshop organized by NIPPS, Chronic Poverty Advisory Network, DRPC, Oxford Policy Management, CSEA, and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) as a representative of my state.

This experience will greatly enhance the capacity of the Zamfara Agency for Poverty Alleviation (ZAPA), which I have the honor to lead, to complement the good governance policies of His Excellency, Dr. Dauda Lawal.

It will also strengthen our efforts to secure donations, grants, and partnerships aimed at improving the lives of the needy and vulnerable people of Zamfara State.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / APPRECIATION

With humility and gratitude, I wish to inform the good people of Zamfara State that I have been appointed as the Executive Secretary of the Zamfara State Poverty Alleviation Agency (ZAPA) by the kind approval of His Excellency, Governor Dauda Lawal.

I sincerely appreciate this great opportunity and responsibility entrusted to me. I pray that Almighty Allah guide me with wisdom, strength, and sincerity of purpose to discharge this duty effectively.

On this note, I wish to assure the government and the people of Zamfara State that I will do my very best, within my ability and capacity, to fulfill the mandate of ZAPA towards reducing poverty, empowering citizens, and improving the welfare of our communities.

I humbly request the continuous prayers, advice, and support of all our people, as we join hands together in building a better Zamfara State.

May Allah bless Zamfara State and Nigeria.
