Regulatory Compliance Monitoring & Field Inspection Services
(South-West Nigeria Deployment)
NAPEC Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring Services, a specialized division of Napec Marshals Corps, is expanding its operational capacity in preparation for large-scale regulatory monitoring engagements, including assignments relating to consumer protection compliance under the oversight of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
To support structured compliance monitoring, inspection, investigation support, and reporting services, we are recruiting qualified professionals and field officers across the South-West geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
Geographic Coverage
Recruitment is ongoing in the following states:
Lagos State
Ogun State
Oyo State
Osun State
Ondo State
Ekiti State
Positions & Capacity Areas
1. Compliance Monitoring Officers
Conduct structured facility inspections
Implement regulatory compliance checklists
Document findings and evidence
Support unannounced monitoring visits
2. Regulatory Investigation Support Officers
Assist in complaint verification exercises
Conduct field documentation and witness interviews
Maintain evidence chain-of-custody procedures
Prepare structured incident reports
3. Compliance Analysts
Analyze inspection data and complaint trends
Develop risk grading matrices
Support preparation of quarterly compliance reports
Assist legal and regulatory advisory teams
4. Training & Capacity Officers
Deliver consumer protection compliance awareness sessions
Facilitate regulatory orientation for corporate staff
Support development of compliance SOPs
Minimum Requirements
Degree or HND in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrable understanding of regulatory compliance or willingness to undergo structured compliance training.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Ability to operate within a disciplined chain-of-command structure.
Clean background and high ethical standards.

Mandatory Training & Certification

Inspection Protocol Training

Only candidates who successfully complete certification training will be deployed.
Engagement Structure
Recruits will operate under a structured command and reporting system with:

Deployment may involve:
Routine compliance inspections
Ad-hoc regulatory investigations
Facility monitoring engagements
Capacity building assignments
