By Olanrewaju AkinfenwaOne incisive and apt concept that I have enjoyed in recent time on social media is the narration about who we are. This was beautifully illustrated by a teacher asking his pupils what would come out of an orange if he squeezed it. The answer from the pupils was “of course orange juice!” It went on to other fruits and the answers were precisely given as above. That is if mango is squeezed, mango juice will come out, etc. This led to the question, why then are people always angry? The answer given by the pupils is that their inside is full of anger! We need to look at behavioural pattern of the people of this nation to understand that we might need a people’s conference to reshape our lives or bring back another MAMSER to help redirect the outlook of people. This is one nation that is filled with religious activities. From Lagos to Lafia, Orerokpe to Orlu, Sapele to Sambisa, all nooks and cranny are filled with religious institutions, churches, mosques and myriad traditional worship centres. Yet, what we witness daily or read in the media are sad stories of maiming, bombing, stealing, armed robbery, embezzlement, sensual or**es, et al. Forget the sledge hammer Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu used on the squatting fly Minister of State for Pet
