ANAMBRA PROGRESSIVES ASSEMBLY (APA) is sociopolitical group whose purpose is to insist on a responsible, fair and focused government for Ndi Anambra. APA is not a political party, as such members of all registered political parties with interest of progress of Anambra State at heart are welcome to be members of this group. APA is not a platform for blackmail and as a matter of fact is a rebirth of

the old Movement of Anambra Progressives irrespective of their political parties. APA insists that Anambra government will neither detour nor derail from path of progressive development, but if any case the government lost her bearing, rather than sing praises due to partisan blindness, APA members are expected to stand up and say no to the managers of such government irrespective of the creed or party that throw up such government.

Every day, Hon Vivian Okadigbo stands up for Oyi Constituency interests in the House of Assembly, she dissipates intellectual energy defending Oyi people's interests and working tirelessly to get Oyi Constituency to a deal that is good for Oyi and good for the entire state. Hon. Vivian accomplished much as the Chairman Committee on Petroleum, where she ensured Oyi Constituents participated is the services of the state in that sector. It is on record that Oyi people were in the front line whenever the state government Jobs were made available in the petroleum sector. In education Committee she is the most vocal, always demanding what gets to Oyi Constituency, ensuring always that Oyi has never been shortchanged when anything is been share in the education sector.

We Shall win again with your support!
They think we cannot beat them if we contest from any other platform. We shall still win in any platform because the people are with us. But It will not be easy. It will be a long job; it will be a terrible war between vision to forward and mere desires of massaging personal ego; but in the end we shall march through test to triumph after the election. "A lot of people have asked " under which party is Hon. Vivian Okadigbo running this 2019 election project?"
And I have this to say, "what we need in the Anambra House of Assembly is competence that powered by experience, what our people need is not division that is fueled by political party; what we need in the Oyi constituency is not hatred based on party sentiments; what we need in the Oyi Constituency is not violence and lawlessness, but is love and wisdom to choose rightfully who can do the job better. Our people need compassion toward one another as we take off to take the key decision of who will do the job better and give a feeling of justice toward those in our constituency who still suffer within our state, whether they be Awkuzu, Nteje, Ogbunike, Nkwelle or whether they be from Umunya. It is only through experience that you can know these issues that needed redress, and I can assure you all that I know them and am addressing them, all I need is your support to continue working for you no matter the political party platform, and God willing, we shall be victorious. Oyi Must Have the best this Year!

New Year is a time for taking stock, a time to count our blessings and spare a thought for those less fortunate than ourselves and who have fallen on hard times.

I prefer to look forward, forward to a time when Oyi people will control its own destiny more through the best services which I am offering the Constituency. In the new year, we have look back, see our good works, improve on them and bring out more plans for our progress.

This new year must be better than last year and other years because I know that with God, Oyi men, women and youths will always have a secured tomorrow under my watch as your legislator. This new year must be better for our people and I am even More prepared to gun for the best with your support.

My dear friends and Constituents,
This Christmas is very special because since I got a chance to work for you in the House of Assembly, this very Christmas is coming with an election in sight. As always I pray for a healthy relationship with you all for the good of our state, let the electorates know that the future is before them to decide. l pray that we get the gift of healing, especially the pain in our hearts, so that we may become a part of the hope and strength of our state and country.

Constituents, we have a lot of plans for the next year. We need to prepare our bodies, hearts, and minds for the hard and challenging work ahead. Let us all take this time to recharge our batteries with courage, fortitude, and steadfastness, and above all know that what is important is the progress of the now and beyond Christmas.
