[Day 30 - FINAL]
Your first step today (The 24-Hour Rule)
Caption: Congratulations. You made it 30 days. But reading is not doing. I have a 24-Hour Rule for you. Within 24 hours of reading this, you must take one physical action. It could be:

· Downloading an investment app.
· Writing down your net worth.
· Calling a sibling to discuss the Family Charter.
· Buying this ebook to teach your children (link in bio).
· Sending this series to 5 friends.
Don't let this momentum die. Knowledge is not power. Applied knowledge is power. Go and build. Your grandchildren are waiting.

Comment "DONE" after you take your first step today!

[Day 28]
The Final Slide: What will they say at your funeral?
Caption: We have come to the end of this 30-day series. I want you to imagine your funeral. Person 1 gets up: "He was a nice man. He worked hard at the bank." Person 2 gets up: "He left us 5 million Naira in debt." Person 3 gets up: "His children had to drop out of school." OR... Person 1: "She was a visionary." Person 2: "She left a scholarship fund in her name." Person 3: "Her grandchildren just opened a new hospital wing with her inheritance." The choice is yours. Life is a series of choices. Choose wealth. Choose discipline. Choose legacy.
What is the ONE thing you will change starting today?

[Day 27]

Weekend Project: The Family Charter
Caption: This weekend, gather your spouse or your siblings. Don't talk about food or TV. Talk about money. Write a "Family Charter." Answer these 5 questions:

1. What are our top 3 financial goals for the next 5 years?
2. How much do we need to save monthly to achieve them?
3. What is our rule for "big" spending (above 50k)?
4. How will we handle requests from extended family?
5. What is our investment policy (e.g., 50% real estate, 30% stocks, 20% cash)?
If you don't have a charter, you are a ship without a rudder. You'll just drift. This weekend, take the wheel.
Download this checklist and tag me when you complete it.

[Day 26]

The Portfolio of a Nation Builder
Some people only invest abroad. They buy dollars, US stocks, UK property. That's smart. But don't forget Naija. The country will rise again. When it does, the people who own assets here will be millionaires. The crash is the time to buy, not to run. Look for opportunities that solve Nigerian problems. Solar energy? Real estate in developing corridors? Agriculture tech? Investing in Nigeria is risky, but the returns when it works are life-changing. Build a global portfolio, but keep a "Naija" heart. We must build here too.
Are you investing in Nigeria? Tell us where.

Day 25
How to turn your village land into generational wealth
"That land in the village is useless, it's just bush." Is it? Or is it an asset waiting to be activated? Stop letting village land sit idle. If you can't build on it now, can you plant cassava or plantain and hire someone to manage it? Can you lease it to a farmer? Can you form a cooperative with your siblings to build a small rental property there? Your ancestors didn't just give you land; they gave you a head start. Don't disrespect that gift by letting it rot. Go survey it. Secure the papers. Put it to work.
Do you have family land? Are you maximizing it? Let's discuss.

[Day 24]

Leaving a job vs. Leaving a legacy

When you die, your job will post an opening for your position before your obituary is even cold. The system is designed to replace you. But your family? They can't replace you. They will feel the gap forever. Are you spending 80% of your energy building someone else's dream (the company) and 20% building your own? Flip the script. Use the income from the job to fund the legacy. Your job is the engine, but your legacy (your business, your investments, your real estate) is the destination. Don't die with your music still in you. Build the thing that will outlive your job title.
What legacy are you building outside of your 9-5?

Day 23

Teaching your kids to fish (without giving them the fish).

If you give your child 1 million Naira with no financial training, they will be broke in 6 months. If you teach your child how money works, they will turn 1 million into 10 million. Wealth that is transferred without wisdom is just a temporary gift. Don't just buy things for your kids. Let them see you work. Let them see you budget. Give them pocket money and let them make mistakes with it when they are young (and the stakes are low). Open a children's savings account in their name. Let them track the interest. Raise owners, not dependents.
Call to Action: What age did you learn about money? Share your story.

[Day 22]

The school fees story that breaks my heart every time.

A mother came to my office last year. Polytechnic had just released the admission list. Her son made it. She was so proud. Then she saw the fees: 120k. She broke down. She didn't have it. Her son, a brilliant boy, is now a bus conductor. That boy could have been an engineer. That mother will never forgive herself. I gave her what I could, but it wasn't enough. That image haunts me. Education is the ultimate wealth killer if you can't afford it. But Education funds are the ultimate wealth builder if you plan for them. Open a dedicated savings account for your child's education TODAY. Even if it's 2k a week. In 15 years, that could be university fees. Plan ahead so your child doesn't become a statistic.
Save this post if you are saving for your child's future.

[Day 21]

Building your 'Iron Sharp' Accountability Group

Caption: Wealth building is a lonely road. Your friends will call you "stingy" when you don't go out. Your family will call you "greedy" when you invest instead of buying gifts. You need an "Iron Sharp" group. Find 2 or 3 other people who are also on this journey. Meet once a month (physically or on Zoom). Share your goals. Show your progress. Admit your failures. Hold each other accountable. The Bible says iron sharpens iron. You cannot do this alone. You need people who will say, "Did you buy that land yet?" or "Don't touch that savings!" Who is in your corner?

Comment "I need a group" and let's connect like-minded people.

[Day 19]

The Will I don't have (A letter to my wife).

This is the most uncomfortable post I will ever write. I don't have a Will. If I die tomorrow, my wife and children will suffer. My assets will be frozen. My family will fight over my land. The government will decide who gets my money. This is not wealth building; this is foolishness. I am writing this to publicly commit to writing my Will this month. A Will is not for the dead; it is for the living you love. It is the ultimate act of love. If you have children, if you have a spouse, if you have anything you care about, you need a Will. It doesn't have to be expensive. You can get a template, have a lawyer review it, and sign it with witnesses. Do it this week.

Do you have a Will? Let us know in the poll: Yes/No/Planning to.

[Day 18]

Get rich quick? Here is how they get you.

The message pops up: "Double your money in 3 days! Forex trading guaranteed!" Someone you know posts a screenshot of 10 million. They got a new car. It looks real. It's a trap. They use the first set of investors' money to pay the second set. It's called a Ponzi scheme. When the music stops (and it always stops), 90% of people lose everything. If it sounds too good to be true, it is MMM all over again. Wealth is built slowly, like a solid bungalow. Get-rich-quick schemes are like a cardboard house in the rain. They look nice for a second, then they collapse. Don't let desperation make you blind.
