Baboko Youth Reconciliation Team Celebrates Comrade Ridwanullahi Shuaib on the occasion of His birthday.

The Baboko Youth Reconciliation Team (BYRT) extends its warmest felicitations to Comrade Ridwanullahi Shuaib; Legislative Aide to the Honourable KWHA leader, Barrister Oba Magaji, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a statement released today, the leadership of BYRT described Comrade Shuaib as a dedicated public servant and a pillar of support for the youth community. His commitment to service and his exemplary role in the office of Honourable Barrister Oba Magaji have continued to inspire many within Baboko and beyond.

"We celebrate not just a birthday, but a man of integrity and vision," the statement read. "Comrade Ridwanullahi Shuaib has shown unwavering dedication to the development of our community. We pray that this new year of his life brings him greater wisdom, strength, and success in all his endeavours."

Baboko Ward APC Commends Gov. Abdulrazaq’s Developmental Strides

Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Baboko Ward have commended the Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, for the numerous life-changing projects and interventions executed in the area.

Speaking during the ward meeting, party members and residents applauded the state government for the construction of interlocking pavements linking all the seven zones in Baboko, describing the project as a major boost to accessibility and economic activities. They also praised the revival of the Baboko Primary Health Care Centre, which has improved access to quality healthcare for residents.

Other interventions highlighted include the drilling of motorized boreholes in different parts of Baboko to address water challenges, the installation of solar street lights that have illuminated streets and neighborhoods across the ward, as well as grants (Owo Ishowo) provided to small business owners to support grassroots economic growth. The provision of stipends (Owo Arugbo) for elders in the community was also commended as a compassionate policy that has improved the welfare of senior citizens.

While expressing appreciation for these achievements, the people of Baboko appealed to the governor to sustain and expand these impactful initiatives. They also called for increased political appointments, empowerment opportunities, and employment for youths in the ward, reaffirming their loyalty and continued support for the Abdulrazaq-led administration.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM HON. BARR. OBA MAGAJI ABDULKADIR, KWHA HOUSE LEADER, REPRESENTING ILORIN CENTRAL CONSTITUENCY

While attending the Baboko Ward APC weekly meeting yesterday, I thanked the elders, stakeholders, and members for their hard work and dedication to our visionary Leader, Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the APC administration, and especially our constituency (Magaji Ngari). Their efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I am proud to be part of this team.

As a testament to our party's commitment to empowering our people, I am proud to announce the 3rd phase of our Mega Empowerments, scheduled to take place on Saturday, 6th December 2025 at ECWA School, Oja Iya, Badari. The 1st and 2nd phases were held at Baptist LGEA School, Surulere, Magaji Ngari Ward, and Baboko Community School, Baboko Ward, respectively.

This initiative is designed to support our skills acquisition trainees, trained entrepreneurs, small-scale businesses, and party members by providing them with essential tools and resources, including:

• Sewing machines for tailors and shoemakers
• Hairdryers for hairdressers
• Freezers, grinding machines, and other equipment for entrepreneurs
• Cash support for small-scale business owners and party members

This program aligns with the vision of our Executive Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdularazaq CON, to boost business, promote self-reliance, and reward party members.

I assure you that we will continue to work tirelessly to bring development and prosperity to Ilorin Central (Magaji Ngari) Constituency. This empowerment program is just the beginning of our efforts to make a tangible difference in the lives of our constituents.
