Zamu Kara Jajircewa Domin Tabbatar Da Nasarar APC A Dukkan Matakai - Cewar Masu Ruwa Da Tsaki Na Karamar Hukumar Musawa

Masu ruwa da tsaki na jam'iyyar APC a Karamar Hukumar Musawa, sun sha alwashin cigaba da jajircewa domin samun nasarar jam'iyyar a dukkan matakai.

Makasudin taron dai shi ne domin kara jaddada hadin kai da fahimtar juna a tsakanin masu ruwa da tsakin, tare da tafiya kaifi daya ta fuskar tabbatar da nasarar jam'iyyar APC a dukkan matakai.

Taron haka zalika ya tattauna batutuwa da s**a shafi rajistar katin zabe da ta jam'iyya, tare da kara zaburar da masu ruwa da tsakin akan tabbatar da samun nasarar wadannan abubuwa guda biyu.

Shugaban Masu Ruwa Da Tsakin kuma tsohon Mataimakin Gwamnan Jihar Katsina Alhaji Tukur Ahmed Jikamshi, ya yaba akan irin hadin kai da fahimtar juna da yake a tsakanin su, tare da yin kiran dorewar hakan domin a cimma karin nasarori.

Alhaji Tukur Ahmed Jikamshi ya nanata kudirin cewa, masu ruwa da tsakin a karkashin jagorancin shi zasu cigaba da kasancewa tsintsiya madaurin ki daya, domin kara samun cigaba.

Mataimakin Shugaban Jam'iyyar APC na Jihar Katsina Alhaji Bala Abu Musawa, ya nanata kudirin uwar Jam'iyyar na cigaba da hada kan ya'yan ta a kowane mataki, domin kara samun cigaba.

Alhaji Bala Abu Musawa ya kuma yaba wa Gwamna Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON akan kokarin da yake yi na fitar da jam'iyyar kunyar al'ummar Jihar Katsina, lura da irin dumbin ayyukan da yake zubawa a lungu da sako na Jihar.

Ya kuma yi magana mai tsawo akan tsarin da uwar Jam'iyyar ta jiha ta yi domin ganin an cimma nasarar rajistar da za'a gudanar.

Shima da yake tsokaci a kan taron, Darakta Janar na Madabba'ar Jihar Katsina Malam Abba Rufa'i Musawa(Matawallen Musawa) ya jinjinawa dukkan masu ruwa da tsakin akan hadin kai da fahimtar juna da yake tsakanin su.

Malam Abba Rufa'i Musawa wanda kuma shi ya wakilci Dan Majalissar Tarayya na Musawa/Matazu Honorabul Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed, ya nanata kudirin cigaba da kasancewa Mai biyayya ga jam'iyyar APC a koda yaushe.

Daga nan sai ya yaba wa Shugaban Masu Ruwa Da Tsakin Alhaji Tukur Ahmed Jikamshi akan kyakkyawan shugabancin da yake yi masu.

A lokacin zaman, masu ruwa da tsaki da s**a maganta sun yaba wa Gwamna Dikko Umaru Radda akan yadda yake cigaba da fitar da su kunyar al'ummar yankin.

Sun ce Gwamnan ya nuna masu halacci ta yadda yake cigaba da shimfida ayyukan raya kasa da cigaban al'umma a yankin.

GOVERNOR DIKKO RADDA’S 2025 SCORECARD: A YEAR OF IMPACTFUL GOVERNANCE IN KATSINA STATE

The administration of Governor Dikko Umar Radda of Katsina State in 2025 has once again achieved a transformative achievements across key sectors aimed at uplifting the lives of Katsina citizens.

The year 2025 marked a period of bold reforms, infrastructural renewal, and people-centered governance under the leadership of Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umar Radda. Building on his administration’s commitment to transparency, security, and inclusive development.

Governor Radda implemented landmark policies and projects that impacted key sectors including education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, women development, urban renewal, and rural transformation among many more.

This scorecard provides a detailed overview of the achievements, challenges addressed, and measurable progress recorded by the Radda administration throughout 2025, a testament to his vision of repositioning Katsina State for sustainable growth and human capital development.

In the year under review, the Radda-led government declared a State of Emergency on Education, rehabilitated hundreds of schools across all 34 LGAs, and launched a statewide census of Quranic and non-formal Islamic schools to integrate them into strategic planning. The government also prioritized girl-child education, supported girl child and provided digital learning infrastructure.

EDUCATION :--

In the education sector, the government sustained its focus on education by improving learning environments, supporting teachers, and investing in human capital development to secure a better future for Katsina’s children.

The commitment in this sector also include the following

Rehabilitation and construction of primary and secondary school infrastructure

Strengthening of Tsangaya and Islamiyya education through census, data-driven reforms, and integration support

Recruitment and capacity building of teachers

Improved learning environment through provision of instructional materials

HEALTH:-

In the health sector, the government upgraded primary health centres, expanded maternal and child health services, recruited medical personnel, and intensified rural outreach. Health facilities across the state witnessed upgrades, improved access to care, and enhanced community health interventions.

This led to improved healthcare access and better community health outcomes.

Highlight of some of the achievements under this sector include

Upgrade of primary healthcare centres across LGAs

Improved access to essential drugs and maternal healthcare

Strengthening of health workforce and rural health outreach

Increased focus on preventive healthcare and community health awareness

INFRASTRUCTURE AND URBAN DEVT.

Infrastructure and urban renewal efforts saw the construction and rehabilitation of over 500 km of roads, installation of solar-powered streetlights, water projects to modernize urban and rural environments.

AGRIC DEVELOPMENT :-

The administration’s strides in agriculture included the distribution of subsidized inputs, dry-season farming support, and enhancement of farmer cooperatives, which boosted food security and rural livelihoods.

WOMEN AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

On women and youth empowerment, Governor Radda disbursed millions in grants and training through the Katsina Youth Skills Acquisition Programme (KAT-SAP) and the Nigeria for Women Project, directly empowering thousands with skills and capital support.

SOCIAL CARE AND PROTECTION:-

The government also prioritized social Protection, providing relief materials, food items, and zakka support to over 250,000 vulnerable individuals and families, especially during economic hardship.

The administration strengthened its social protection framework through KT-CARES, expanding support for vulnerable groups, small-scale entrepreneurs, and community-based initiatives. Thousands of households benefited from empowerment programs designed to build resilience and economic stability.

E- GOVERNANCE:-

In terms of digital governance, the state launched e-governance initiatives, connected government offices with fibre optics, and digitized internal operations, increasing transparency and service delivery.
the civil service was repositioned to deliver better services to citizens.

SECURITY:-

Governor Radda’s focus on security was reinforced through support for local vigilantes and collaboration with federal security outfits to restore peace, especially in frontline LGAs.

Recognizing security as a foundation for development, the administration strengthened community-based security mechanisms and enhanced collaboration with traditional institutions and security agencies to promote peace and stability.

This can be seen in security Strengthening of Community Watch Corps to complement security agencies. Support for displaced communities and post-conflict recovery efforts in frontline LGAs.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION& CLIMATE ACTION:-

A landmark achievement of 2025 in this sector was the operationalization of the Katsina State Erosion and Watershed Management Agency (KEWMA), demonstrating the government’s commitment to addressing erosion, flooding, and environmental degradation.

INCLUSIVE GOVERNANCE & CITIZENS ENGAGEMENT:-

Governor Radda maintained open governance through statewide engagements, consultations, and community outreach across all 34 LGAs, ensuring that governance remains people-focused and inclusive.

*Civil Service Reform*

The Radda Administration deepened public sector reforms aimed at efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Through capacity building, system restructuring, and performance-driven leadership, the civil service was repositioned to deliver better services to citizens.

*Social Care & KT-CARES*

The administration strengthened its social protection framework through KT-CARES, expanding support for vulnerable groups, small-scale entrepreneurs, and community-based initiatives. Thousands of households benefited from empowerment programs designed to build resilience and economic stability.

These efforts reflect a governance style rooted in results, accountability, and equity.

The Katsina State Government under Governor Radda remains committed to deepening reforms, closing development gaps, and creating opportunities for all.

Gwamnatin Katsina Ta Kulla Yarjejeniyar Kafa Masana’antar Taki Ta Naira Biliyan 2

Gwamnatin Jihar Katsina ta sanya hannu kan yarjejeniyar fahimtar juna (MoU) da kamfanin Al-Hikma Fertiliser and Chemicals Ltd. na jihar Kano domin kafa masana’antar sarrafa taki da kayan noma da kudinta da ya kai Naira biliyan biyu.

Za a gina aikin ne a ƙananan hukumomin Batagarawa da Rimi na jihar Katsina.

An sanya hannu kan yarjejeniyar ne a ranar Talata a Katsina, tsakanin Darakta Janar na Hukumar Bunƙasa Zuba Jari ta Jihar Katsina (KIPA), Alhaji Ibrahim Tukur-Jikamshi, da Darakta Manajan kamfanin, Bashir Ahmad.

Da yake jawabi bayan rattaba hannun, Alhaji Tukur-Jikamshi ya bayyana cewa gwamnati ta ware hekta 150 na fili a Tashar-Bala da Rimin-Kaura domin aiwatar da aikin. Ya ƙara da cewa an kafa kwamiti kan jaddawalin tsarin Framework for Responsible Inclusive Land-Intensive Agricultural Investment (FRILLIA), tare da sanya hannu kan umarnin zartarwa domin ƙarfafa aiwatar da tsarin.

Ya kuma bayyana cewa an kammala biyan diyya ga masu filaye, tare da samar da muhimman ababen more rayuwa a yankin Eastern Bypass. Ya ce an tuntubi ƙananan hukumomi da sarakunan gargajiya, kuma sun amince da amfanin aikin ga al’umma.

A nasa jawabin, Bashir Ahmad ya ce kamfanin Al-Hikma na aiki a ƙananan hukumomin Funtua, Bakori da Sabuwa, inda yake samar da takin NPK, takin gargajiya, da kuma samar da ingantaccen iri. Ya ce ana sa ran fara aikin masana’antar a shekarar 2026.

GIDAUNIYAR MATAWALLE TA TALLAFI AL’UMMA DA KAYAN AMFANI

Gidauniyar Matawalle ta sake nuna kishinta ga jinƙai da taimakon al’umma, ta hanyar rarraba kayan abinci, injinan dinki, famfunan ban-ruwa masu amfani da hasken rana da kuma littattafan rubutu ga mambobin al’umma.

Wannan gagarumin aikin alheri an gudanar da shi ne karkashin jagoranci da daukar nauyin Hon. Abubakar Abdullahi Matazu (Matawalle Matazu), Babban Daraktan Hukumar Wutar Lantarki ta Karkara ta Jihar Katsina (REB), wanda hangen nesansa shi ne ɗaga darajar marasa galihu da kuma kawo fata ga gidaje masu rauni.

Gidauniyar ta bayyana godiya ga Mai Girma Gwamnan Jihar Katsina, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, CON, bisa jajircewa da goyon baya mara yankewa. Jagorancinsa na gari ya kasance abin koyi ga mutane da kungiyoyi wajen ci gaba da yada jinƙai da taimako ga masu bukata.

Haka kuma, Gidauniyar ta yi kira ga sauran al’umma da kungiyoyi da su haɗa hannu wajen aikata alheri, domin lada ga wanda ya shiryar da wani zuwa kyakkyawan aiki ya yi daidai da ladan wanda ya aikata.
