What if everything you thought you knew about work, calling, and ministry needed to be redefined?

For Mr Ola-Oluwasanmi, the Workplace Transformation Course with Dr Reju delivered by CTL in conjunction with Bakke Graduate University did exactly that.

From understanding the true meaning of work, to realizing that even being a neighbour is a calling; this wasn’t just a class, it was a shift in perspective.

In his words, “it blew my mind.”

And that’s the kind of transformation this course is designed to bring; not just information, but a renewed way of thinking about life, purpose, and everyday engagement.

The next cohort is now open.

Still on the Culture Death Series!

In this episode, our Chief Resource Person at CTL, Dr Reju explores the decline of loyalty and hard work, pointing to betrayal of trust and the lack of commitment to a bigger vision as some of the root causes. He offers insights for both young and old on how to restore these cultural pillars, reminding us that when loyalty and hard work fade, society itself is at risk.

Take a listen, share your thoughts, and join this highly timely conversation.

Every day, millions of people enter workplaces that can either drain their potential or spark their purpose. The difference comes from how we view work, whether as a job or as a chance for change.

The Workplace Transformation course, organized by the Centre for Transformational Leadership Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria in collaboration with the Bakke Graduate University Dallas, Texas USA and led by Dr Dotun Reju aims to give workers the mindset, tools, and values needed to turn the workplace into a space for personal growth. It focuses on creating cultures of integrity, collaboration, innovation, and service, where people can thrive instead of just getting by.

When workers grow, workplaces become communities that nurture development. And when workplaces succeed, society as a whole transforms.

With the next cohort set to start in October, join us on this journey of Workplace Transformation and become part of a movement that changes not just how we work but why we work by signing up via the link below:

Culture Death: The Erosion of Integrity

In this conversation, I share my thoughts on a subject that is close to my heart—the death of culture through the loss of integrity and values.

I reflect on what integrity truly means, the traditional values that once shaped us but are now fading, and the painful effects this erosion has on families, schools, leadership, and society. Most importantly, I point to where restoration must begin and the steps we all, especially young people, can take to rebuild.

I invite you to listen, reflect, and join in this urgent call to restore integrity at the very core of our culture.

The Workplace Transformation Course: Rediscovering the True Purpose of Work

Work is not confined to offices, titles, or salaries. It is broader. It encompasses our roles at home, in our communities, and in our professional spaces. At its deepest level, work is spiritual, purposeful, and transformational.

This was the key takeaway for Mr Dapo and his wife, Blessing, participants in the Workplace Transformation Training facilitated by Dr Oladotun Reju. In their testimonial, they share how the program helped them:

• Recognize that their responsibilities as parents at home are a vital and spiritual form of work.

• Understand that family itself is a workplace where values, leadership, and vision must be nurtured.

• Gain the inspiration to launch a podcast to share these insights and extend the impact of what they learned.

The Workplace Transformation Training goes beyond skills and strategies. It provides a fresh framework for understanding the true meaning and purpose of work, enabling participants to align personal, family, and organizational life with lasting impact.

The next cohort, organized by the Centre for Transformational Leadership, Jos in collaboration with Bakke Graduate University begins October 2025.

We invite leaders, professionals, and change agents who are ready to redefine work and embrace its full meaning to join this transformational journey by signing up through the link below
