Housing Update for Civil Servants & Salaried Workers
The Kaduna State Mortgage and Foreclosure Authority has announced the introduction of the Federal Government ₦256 Billion MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund under the Renewed Hope Housing Agenda.
This initiative provides affordable mortgage access with: • Up to ₦100 million loan facility
• Fixed interest rate of 9.75% per annum
• Repayment tenor of up to 20 years
• Minimum 10% equity contribution
• Open to civil servants and salaried workers
Interested applicants are advised to apply through designated participating banks nationwide.
