KADUNA PILGRIMS WELFARE AGENCY SETS SEPTEMBER 26 DEADLINE FOR ₦4M HAJJ 2027 DEPOSIT, PASSPORT SUBMISSION

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has announced 26 September 2026 as the deadline for intending pilgrims to pay the ₦4 million seat reservation deposit and submit their valid International Passports for the 2027 Hajj operation.

The Agency, urged all intending pilgrims who have registered or wish to participate in the 2027 Hajj to take advantage of the remaining period to secure their seats by paying the required ₦4,000,000 deposit, or alternatively pay the full Hajj fare of ₦7,672,822.

All intending pilgrims are also required to submit their valid International Passports and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of their registration and other Hajj-related processes.

The Agency advised intending pilgrims to visit any of its Pilgrims Offices in the 23 Local Government Areas of Kaduna State, or its Headquarters located along Katsina Road, Kaduna, to complete their registration and other necessary requirements.
The Agency further urged those who pay the initial ₦4 million deposit to ensure that they complete payment of the outstanding balance on or before 2 December 2026.

It warned that failure to meet the stipulated payment deadlines could result in the loss of the pilgrim's seat, as experienced by some intending pilgrims during the previous Hajj operation.

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency also cautioned intending pilgrims against making Hajj payments to individuals or paying cash into personal accounts.
All Hajj payments must be made through the official bank account of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency designated for Hajj operations.

The Agency called on intending pilgrims to treat the deadlines with utmost importance and complete their payments, passport submission and other registration requirements within the stipulated period to avoid any inconvenience or loss of their seats.

Hukumar Kula da Jin Dadin Alhazai ta Jihar Kaduna na sanar da dukkan maniyyatan aikin Hajjin 2027 cewa za a rufe karɓar kuɗin k**a kujera na Naira Miliyan Hudu (₦4,000,000), tare da karɓar fasfo na ƙasa (International Passport), ranar 26 ga watan Satumbar 2026.

Hukumar na kira ga dukkan maniyyatan da s**a yi niyyar zuwa aikin Hajjin 2027 da su gaggauta ajiye Naira Miliyan Hudu (₦4,000,000) a matsayin kuɗin k**a kujera, ko kuma su biya cikakken kuɗin aikin Hajjin gaba ɗaya, wanda ya kai Naira Miliyan Bakwai, Dubu Dari Shida da Saba'in da Biyu, da Naira Dari Takwas da Ashirin da Biyu (₦7,672,822), tare da miƙa fasfo dinsu da sauran bayanan da ake buƙata kafin ranar 26 ga Satumbar 2026.

Hukumar na ƙara kira ga maniyyatan da su ziyarci ofisoshin Hukumar da ke ƙananan hukumomi 23 na Jihar Kaduna, ko kuma Hedikwatar Hukumar da ke Katsina Road, Kaduna, domin kammala rajistar aikin Hajjin 2027.

Hukumar ta jaddada cewa maniyyata su tabbatar sun biya kuɗaɗensu da wuri, musamman kuɗin k**a kujera na ₦4,000,000, tare da miƙa fasfo dinsu da sauran bayanan da ake buƙata kafin ranar 26 ga Satumbar 2026.

Bayan haka, waɗanda s**a biya kuɗin k**a kujera za su tabbatar sun cika sauran kuɗin aikin Hajjin kafin ranar 2 ga Disamba 2026, domin kauce wa rasa kujerunsu k**ar yadda ya faru da wasu maniyyata a shekarar da ta gabata.

Hukumar ta kuma gargadi maniyyata da kada su bai wa kowa kuɗin Hajji a hannu ko su biya kuɗi cikin asusun wani mutum. Dole ne duk wani kuɗin aikin Hajji a biya shi ta hanyar asusun bankin Hukumar Kula da Jin Dadin Alhazai ta Jihar Kaduna da aka tanada domin aikin Hajji.

Hukumar na fatan dukkan maniyyatan za su yi amfani da wannan sanarwa tare da kammala dukkan abubuwan da ake buƙata cikin lokaci.

KADUNA STATE PILGRIMS WELFARE AGENCY VISITS JAMA’A EMIRATE TO SENSITISE INTENDING PILGRIMS ON 2027 HAJJ

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare campaign ahead of the 2027 Hajj operation, with a visit to the Jama’a Emirate in Jama’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

The sensitisation visit, led by the Executive Chairman of the Agency, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, was aimed at enlightening intending pilgrims from Jama’a Emirate and the Local Government Area on the ongoing registration process, payment requirements, submission of international passports and other essential information ahead of the registration deadline.

Speaking during the visit, the Executive Chairman expressed appreciation to the Emir of Jama’a, His Royal Highness Alhaji Dr. Muhammad Isa Muhammad, OFR, CON, for his continued support and cooperation with the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency and his commitment to the welfare of pilgrims.

Malam Salihu S. Abubakar urged the Emirate to sustain its support for the Agency, particularly in mobilising and sensitising intending pilgrims to complete all necessary requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

He explained that the major objective of the visit was to ensure that intending pilgrims were adequately informed and prepared for the 2027 Hajj exercise. He emphasised the need for intending pilgrims to make the required initial deposit of ₦4 million, submit their valid international passports and provide other essential information before the closure of the exercise on 26 September 2026.

Responding, the Emir of Jama’a, His Royal Highness Alhaji Dr. Muhammad Isa Muhammad, OFR, CON, commended the leadership and management of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency for the initiative and assured the Agency of the Emirate’s continued support and cooperation.

The Emir also prayed for sustained peace, unity and prosperity in Kaduna State and Nigeria at large.

Also speaking, the Jama’a Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Peter Tanko, who was represented by the Secretary of the Local Government Council, Alhaji Shehu Danbala, pledged the continued support of the Local Government Council to the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency and intending pilgrims from the area.

The sensitisation campaign forms part of the Agency’s ongoing efforts to take Hajj enlightenment directly to communities, traditional institutions and other stakeholders across Kaduna State, ensuring that intending pilgrims are adequately informed and prepared for a successful 2027 Hajj operation.

KADUNA STATE PILGRIMS WELFARE AGENCY COMMENCES UPLOAD OF INTENDING PILGRIMS’ INFORMATION ON NAHCON E-REG

In preparation for the 2027 Hajj operation, the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has commenced the uploading of passport details of it's intending other essential information on NAHCON's e-Reg platform.

The Agency therefore urges all intending pilgrims who have registered for the 2027 Hajj to promptly submit their valid international passports and other required documents to facilitate the uploading and processing of their information.

Intending pilgrims are also advised to pay the required minimum deposit of ₦4,000,000 (Four Million Naira) before 26 September 2026, which is the deadline for the deposit registration.

The Agency further reminded the intending pilgrims to ensure that the outstanding balance of the Hajj fare is paid before 2 December 2026, in line with the stipulated deadline.

It will be recalled that the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) recently announced the final fare for the 2027 Hajj at ₦7,672,822 (Seven Million, Six Hundred and Seventy-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred and Twenty-Two Naira).

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency remains committed to ensuring a smooth, efficient and well-coordinated Hajj operation for all intending pilgrims from the state.

KADUNA STATE PILGRIMS WELFARE AGENCY VISITS MINISTRY FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS TO STRENGTHEN 2027 HAJJ SENSITISATION

The Management of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, under the leadership of its Executive Chairman, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, has paid a courtesy visit to the Kaduna State Ministry for Local Government Affairs as part of its ongoing sensitisation and advocacy campaign for the 2027 Hajj registration exercise.

The visit, led by the Executive Chairman, was aimed at strengthening collaboration and partnership between the Agency and the Ministry, particularly in mobilising and sensitising intending pilgrims across the 23 Local Government Areas of the State.

Receiving the delegation, the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Hon. Sadiq Amman Lagos, was briefed on the Agency’s ongoing efforts to ensure that prospective pilgrims are adequately informed about the 2027 Hajj registration process, payment procedures, deadlines and other important requirements.

The Agency considers the Ministry for Local Government Affairs a critical stakeholder in the successful implementation of its Hajj enlightenment campaign, given its strategic role and direct link with the Local Government Councils and communities across the State.

Speaking during the visit, the Executive Chairman emphasised the importance of collective efforts among relevant government institutions in ensuring that intending pilgrims receive accurate, timely and reliable information and are protected from misinformation and fraudulent activities.

He therefore solicited the Ministry’s support and cooperation in extending the sensitisation campaign to the grassroots through the various Local Government Councils.
The visit underscores the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency’s commitment to deepening inter-agency collaboration and ensuring a well-organised, transparent and successful 2027 Hajj operation for Kaduna State pilgrims.

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has continued its sensitisation campaign on the ongoing registration for the 2027 Hajj with a visit to the Lere and Saminaka Emirates in Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The Executive Chairman of the Agency, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, alongside members of the Agency’s management, visited the two Emirates to sensitise intending pilgrims and other stakeholders on the 2027 Hajj registration process.

Speaking during the sensitisation, the Executive Chairman urged intending pilgrims to deposit the minimum initial payment of ₦4 million and ensure that they submit their valid international passports to the Agency before the 26 September 2026 registration deadline.

The Chairman emphasised the importance of completing the registration requirements within the stipulated period to avoid missing the opportunity to participate in the 2027 Hajj exercise.

The Emir of Lere, Engr. Suleiman Umaru, and the Emir of Saminaka, Alhaji Musa Sani Ibrahim, appreciated the Agency’s management for taking the sensitisation campaign to their respective Emirates. They also commended the Agency for its efforts to enlighten intending pilgrims and stakeholders on the requirements and procedures for the 2027 Hajj registration.

The Agency therefore urges all intending pilgrims to take advantage of the ongoing registration exercise and complete all necessary requirements before the deadline.

NOTICE ON THE 2027 HAJJ FARE FOR INTENDING PILGRIMS FROM KADUNA STATE

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced the final Hajj fare, under which intending pilgrims from Kaduna State will pay a total sum of ₦7,672,822 (Seven Million, Six Hundred and Seventy-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred and Twenty-Two Naira).

Accordingly, all intending pilgrims from Kaduna State are hereby informed that they are required to deposit a minimum of ₦4000,000 (Four Million Naira) before 26 September 2026, while also submitting their personal information, including International passports and other necessary documents.

Furthermore, all intending pilgrims are required to complete payment of the outstanding balance before 2 December 2026.

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency urges all intending pilgrims to adhere strictly to these deadlines in order to complete their Hajj preparations on time.

KADUNA STATE PILGRIMS WELFARE AGENCY SENSITIZES KAURU LOCAL GOVERNMENT RESIDENTS ON 2027 HAJJ REGISTRATION

The Management of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has conducted a sensitization visit to Kauru Local Government Area as part of its ongoing campaign to encourage intending pilgrims to register for the 2027 Hajj exercise before the registration deadline of 26 September 2026.

The delegation was led by the Executive Chairman of the Agency, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, and included the Administrative Secretary of the Agency,Malam Baba Rufa'i,members of the Agency's Management, and a member of the Kaduna State Hajj Special Committee, Imam Buhari Maraban.

Addressing the gathering, the Executive Chairman urged the people of Kauru and other residents across Kaduna State to take advantage of the remaining registration period by paying their Hajj fare through the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.

Malam Salihu S. Abubakar stated that the Agency has significantly improved its services, particularly with the upgrade of the Kaduna State Hajj Transit Camp in Mando to an international standard, alongside other measures aimed at enhancing the welfare and comfort of Kaduna pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He further commended the commitment of the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, for his continued support towards improving Hajj operations and the welfare of pilgrims from the state. He appealed to intending pilgrims not to wait until the last minute but to complete their registration before the official closing date.

In his response, the Emir of Kauru, Alhaji Zakari Ya'u Usman, expressed appreciation to the leadership of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency for bringing the sensitization campaign to the Emirate. He encouraged intending pilgrims in Kauru to register and pay their Hajj fare through the Kauru Local Government Pilgrims Registration Centre to secure their participation in the 2027 Hajj exercise.
