Dear My Colleagues (Youths),
Politics is not a do or die affair rather its just a game of interest, so you can play it freely and strategically.
In this election period, never in anyway resort to insulting people because of political differences. There's no way everybody will support the person you like. We all have choices. Learn to respect the choice of others so they will respect yours.
People throw their support behind politicians for different reasons. It could be personal conviction and Patriotism, religious or tribal sentiment, personal financial benefits attached, party affiliation, and everything in between.
"You have the right of freedom of expression" doesn't mean you should come online to fight with people who go against your candidates of choice. By not liking the person you like, they are also exercising the same right as you do.
Be mindful of your utterances here. You might never know who's watching. The things you say today can work against you many years to come or even immediately.
It's either you're a student, fresh graduate with no job, just starting your career, or you're into business. You need more friends and connections than enemies.
You've a life to live and a career to build. Don't be TOO EXTREME in whatever you do. Politics and the politicians are too dynamic and its what we are seeing today. The party and the people you love today can be in the direct opposition you hate tomorrow. Mind your business, be useful busy, don't allow anyone to use you in otherwise way.
Most of the people you see online today speaking grammars and sometimes, even insulting each other are ALREADY ESTABLISHED in life. They are educated, have work/businesses, family, and even houses.
These people may not need any kind of aid (financial or otherwise) in the next 100 years to come. Stop joining them to hate other people. You can love your contestants/candidates without insulting or hating anyone.
Learn to LIVE peacefully and let others LIVE.
