NOTICE TO ALL SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS
PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS
Congratulations on being shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment exercise.
Applicants are hereby advised to ensure that their passport photograph strictly complies with the prescribed requirements before uploading. Failure to meet these specifications may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.
Accepted Photograph
Plain white background.
Plain white shirt with no logos or patterns.
Face clearly visible with both ears exposed.
No cap, hat, scarf, or any form of head covering.
Even, bright lighting with no shadows on the face.
Recent, clear, and high-quality passport photograph.
Photographs That Will Be Rejected
Photographs with coloured or patterned backgrounds.
Wearing caps, hats, scarves, or any head covering that conceals the ears or forehead.
Dark, patterned, or non-white clothing.
Blurred, poorly lit, or shadowed photographs.
Edited or filtered images that distort facial features.
Important:
Every uploaded photograph will be verified during the screening process. Applicants are strongly advised to follow these guidelines carefully to avoid unnecessary disqualification.
