"hope everything is set.."I said to the event planner and he nodded.

"what about those decorations over there."I said pointing to the stage flowers

"they are fine ma'am.. we used the quality and durable products in town.. each of them cost $9000.."he replied in a smile.

Something caught my eyes and I looked to see Andy waving at me
"go on with the arrangement,I'll be back shortly."i said and walked up to Andy.

"everything is looking good...I can see your hard work over here."he smiled and we shook hands.

"without your financial support,am afraid all of this won't look appealing .."I said as we walked side by side through the hall.

"am just one of the angel investors.."he said
"and also the best.."I completed with a smile.

I watch him look around to make sure no one was watching us
"what about the plan."he said more in a whisper.
"everything is already in place sir,be rest assured."I replied.

"you must kill him immediately he steps in to make everything goes more effective.."he said

I smiled"jaden cave can't escape his death today even if he turn invisible.."I said and I notice him crack a little.

While arranging the decorations... I overheard miss Kyra with someone saying she will kill my favorite author jaden cave
I know he's coming to this show
I have to do something ...I love jaden cave even tho he might not know me but his books have made me fallen in love with him.

I ran to the restroom and placed to phone call to him.
He never picks his call..I just pray he do so now.

The phone rang for several hours but he didn't pick up.

Jaden p.o.v
My phone rang and my guard handed it to Me.
It was an unknown number
"Cut it off"i told him and he did..
The call came again and again making me annoyed
It rang so loud that I thought I was in a pool of people.

I breathed happily
Now I can enjoy my trip in peace.

Gad why isn't he picking?
He is going to get killed if he attends this show.
I dropped the phone after several failed attempts.
I turned and was about to leave when a voice came in on it.
My face brightened

• Jaden p.o.v •

I sat down on the sofa with my leg placed on the other.
I was getting tensed each seconds.
I took a book on the table beside me
I opened it and angrily closed it back
I forgot I can't even read a single word.
My personal secretary walked in.
"Sir the cars are ready.."she said and bowed
"What about the crowd outside.."I asked bitting my lips

"They are being taken care of sir!.."she replied.

"Let's leave.."I said and walked out while she came after me.

I put on my sunglasses and stepped out of the building.

My expression changed when I saw three girls standing and they rushed towards me.

»Wow!! I can't believe am seeing the famous Jaden cave! .the first one screamed.

» am a big fan of yours.have read almost all your books..just let me have a picture with you pleaseee!!

»is this really you...I feel like am on top of the world right now...my crush..the third one said using hanky to wipe off tears from her eyes.

I turned to my secretary
"I thought you said the crowd was already taken of.."I said sounding angry.

Her mouth opened slightly.
"But they are not crowds,they are just three girls.."

"You are fired!!."I said and went into my car ignoring the girls.

"Let's go.."I said and the driver ignite the engine and drove out while the other cars followed.

I rested my head backward and let out a breath.
This is making it the nineteenth time this week am firing my secretary.
I placed my palm on my face
Who would believe that their beloved author was someone who can't associate with the public or with his fan.


Sophia p.o.v

I placed a hand on my hair and fell to the chair

"We have been informed he'll soon arrive ma..."my manager said.

Just then my father came in and he bowed.

"give us some privacy"he said to my manager and he left.

I frowned....I just hope he's not here to discuss that nasty issue with me.

"You must get dressed....put on your best makeup and wear your best smile...you must do all you can for him for notice you baby girl.."he said rubbing my cheek and I smacked his hand off

"What's wrong.."he said but I didn't reply
If only he knows what am thinking, he would just leave me to enjoy my peace.

"why are you not talking to me"he said with a faint smile.

"the truth is am not going to anywhere.. so don't try to force me dad.."I said angrily and looked away.

He got up and laughed
"what's funny....am dead serious about this"I said.

"you must be a pretty good comedian.."he laughed.

I got up angrily and was about to leave when he held my hand and dragged me back and I fell back on the chair.

"If you're planning not to attend that ceremony....then you're ready to die by my own very hands.."he breathed and it sent shivers down my spine..
"I know you are just joking.. you can't mean it.."I said sounding scared.

"Am going to do worse more"he said and trailed his finger down my arm and it started bleeding.

My heart was beating fast really fast and I thought I'll faint anymoment from now

"but I have a show concert now "I lied and he hit my head angrily and I fell to the floor in pains.

I watch him gave me a weak smile before leaving the room.
