* Distribution of colour-coded waste bins to all Primary Health Centres for proper medical waste segregation.
* Monthly environmental sanitation exercises.
* Continuous desilting of drainage channels across the Local Government.
* Community environmental awareness and engagement campaigns.
* Distribution of sanitation tools to Community Development Associations (CDAs) and Community Development Committees (CDCs).
* Periodic deratting and fumigation of all public primary schools.
* Continuous deratting and fumigation of markets.
* Regular provision of disposable refuse bags to support proper waste disposal.
Routine clearing of black spots, illegal dumpsites, and market environments.

The administration has undertaken major infrastructural renewal aimed at improving mobility, public safety, and public facilities through:

* Construction of drainage on both sides of Jebba Road.

*YOUR PVC, YOUR POWER: MAYOR (DR.) JUBRIL KOLAWOLE EMILAGBA SENSITIZES OYINGBO MARKETERS*

In line with his commitment to promoting civic responsibility and grassroots participation in the democratic process, the Executive Chairman of Lagos Mainland Local Government, Mayor (Dr.) Jubril Kolawole Emilagba, today held a strategic sensitization meeting with Oyingbo Market men and women on the importance of registering for and collecting their Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) before the registration deadline.

During the engagement, the Chairman informed the traders about his forthcoming massive empowerment programme scheduled for next month, stating that possession of a valid PVC will be one of the requirements for beneficiaries.

Hon. Kay Kay Omolaja, APC Candidate for the House of Representatives, also addressed the traders, urging them to take advantage of the ongoing registration exercise and secure their PVCs.

The market men and women, in turn, pledged to register for and collect their PVCs before the close of the exercise, reaffirming their commitment to active civic participation.
