Continuation From the Last Episode;

"Don't you ever say we are not meant to be, the Creator never makes mistakes," Vala said and what Ruthless said suddenly drew to her. "H-ho-how did you know of P**a and Zelik?" She asked in shock.

"I see Vision of you Zelik and P**a, but I don't know what the three of you are really up to, but I know it's bad." Ruthless answer. "I saw you, Zelik and P**a leaving the Elves land, it wasn't me though, it was one of my spirits beast."

"Okay, so why do you say Zelik knows we are not meant to be?" She asked.

"Don't be silly Vala, once I break the bond between us, you get to choose Zelik's master, oh you will definitely fall in love with him. I am doing you a huge favor Vala so you won't end up regretting being my soulmate."

"I won't regret anything as long as I'm with you, my Winter." Vala told him. "And sometimes, Vision do change." She added.

"I am not a lovable person Vala."

"You are, you just believe you are Ruthless but that's not true. You are my mate and I will do everything in my power for you too see your true self," Vala said in a whisper as she placed one of her palm against the cheek she had slapped out of anger.

Ruthless stared at her with an emotionless face.

"You are saying this because you don't know how your future is. It's going to get bloody, and you are going to choose the other side."

"I am not choosing any side which you are not in and I also don't know which side you are talking about," Vala said. "I won't do anything that won't hurt you."

"Hurt me?" Ruthless said and laughed. "You are hurting me right now by now saying it, but I will pretend as if I am not hurt. Go back to your class."

"No, I want to meditate with you,"

"Then you can have here all to yourself, I'm out," he said coldly and disappeared.

Vala was astonished and left the building and was surprised when the invisible fire didn't burn or hurt her.

She was almost closer to her class when she saw Blue, staring at her. He was standing close to the door of her class. His eyes followed her until she stopped in front of him.

"I will sit on your chair tomorrow in the cafeteria, I want to see what you can do, you are just lucky your brother, the love of my life saved your sorry ass."

"I'm Blue, the first son of King Galore and the future King of the supernaturals," he said as he introduced himself.

"And how does this relate to what I just said now?"

"I want to apologise for being an ass-"

"That's true." Vala cuts him.

"-and I am sorry for raising my voice at you, I was angry at something and I took it out on you." He continued as if he wasn't interrupted by her. "I hope we become friends instead of enemies. I will bring one chair along so that you can eat on the same table with me tomorrow morning."

"Really?" Vala said with a smile. "That chair was too comfy and that's why I don't want to get up." She confessed.

"So it's a deal?"

"Yeah," Vala said as she saw him staring at her. "What?"

"Nothing, just trying to memorize the face of my new friend. You haven't told me your name yet."

"My name is Vala."

"You have a beautiful name."

"Thank you."

Blue smiled and left her.

Vala entered her class ignoring the looks she keeps receiving from her classmates.

"How was school today?" Zelik asked the minute Vala walked in.

"Good," Vala responded and greeted him and P**a.

"And the plan, how is it going?"

"Not bad, though making him to fall in love with me will be hard Zelik, he doesn't believe in love," Vala said staring at him then at P**a briefly then returning her gaze back to . "We have to use another strategy for that."

"Well, whatever plan you are planning, do it fast and get one of his heart." Zelik told Vala.

"I was closer to him today and felt only one heart beating, he doesn't have two hearts like you claim," she said. "If I take out his heart, he will die."

"He has, probably he hides it. It is your job to find out if he has a second heart or not, but my master, your mate, never tells a lie."

"I have heard you," Vala said. "But what makes you so sure that your Lord Daniel is my mate?"

"Why the sudden question, are you now doubting my Master? I have told you before, he sees the future and it was revealed to him that you are his mate. There are no two ways about it." Zelik told her. "Now I have to be on my way, I will be checking on you once in a while to know your progress. Trust me, I know you will get very close to Ruthless and slowly he will learn to trust you and he shall tell you his weakness. You will use it against him."

Continuation From the Last Episode;

Vala was shocked when she felt his Ruthless lips on hers. They were so cold, so cold like ice that if she wasn't poisoned, she would have used her fire to warm him a little. Feeling Ruthless arms, she also noticed it was cold, just like his lips.

But nevertheless she wanted to thrust her tongue into his mouth and the tongue battle began.

Vala was trying to taste Ruthless with her tongue as Ruthless was trying to stop her from doing so with his tongue.

Then vala felt something warm Traveling down to her throat and Ruthless tore his lips from hers.

"You're not helping, chain girl," Ruthless said, breathing very slowly. "You did not allow me to remove the poison from you."

"So does that mean you will kiss me again?" Vala asked hopefully.

"No, since you cannot allow me to concentrate, I need the second option," as he said that, he watched as the thick black lines started to fade. "I made you immune."

"Wow, really? So I am immune to everything?" Vala asked as the shaking slowly stopped.

"No, only to poison,"

"Well at least ought to kiss me for fighting the poison, my Winter." Vala told him, licking her lips.

Hovering over her and leaning forward so that his face was a few centimeters away from her.

They stared at each other in the eyes and Vala couldn't help but lose herself in his eyes. He was the prettiest thing she had ever seen.

"Like I told you before, forget this ever happened between us. I have removed it from my memories."

'Liar.' Ice Fang, Windy and Fire both said together in his mind.

"Will you guys just shut up for once," Ruthless didn't know when he said that out aloud.

"Who are you talking to?" Vala asked as she looked around her. She noticed apart from the dark painted wall, the classroom they were was very large and empty. No chairs, nothing.

Straightening himself as he got up to his feet, staring at Vala with anger, he was back to his cold stoned state.

"I was talking to no one chai-" he got interrupted by Ice Fang, but this time not inside his mind.

"He was talking to me," Ice Fang said, appearing beside Ruthless.

"And me too," Windy said.

"And me three," Fire said, "Though I must admit you have been giving our master sleepless night."

Vala spring up to her feet and went to hide behind Ruthless surprising herself even.

They are huge, especially the Ice Wolf.

"We scared her," Ice Fang said laughing as the others joined him.

"Who are you?"

"Oh we? You are hiding behind our master and you dare ask us who we are?" Windy said with a wolfy smile.

"They are my spirits beast," Ruthless said. "Now let go of me." He added coldly.

At that moment, Vala realized she was hugging Ruthless like her life depended on it. She let go immediately.

"My name is Vala."

"We know, you are the girl who had beaten our dear Fire in the puzzle. It took him a long time for him to set up that puzzle and it took you a few minutes to get it right. You are his hero," Ice Fang said.

"No she is not, I am only heartbroken," Fire said with a huff.

Hearing them talk was fascinating to Vala. "I never knew a spirit beast could talk. This will be my first time of seeing this, I am impressed."

"Thank you our Lady," Windy said.

"That's enough talk, come and sit with me, we are meditating," Ruthless said, bringing their conversation to an end as he sat down on the floor and crossed his legs. "And to you, chain girl, it is time for you to leave and go back to your class."

"I am not going anywhere, I am staying with you my Winter."

"Stop calling me that. I don't like you and I can never like you."

Ice Fang, Windy and Fire snorted loudly.

"I like you too my Winter."

"Oh I love this girl," Fire said, going to stand beside Vala. "I hated you for solving my hard puzzle within minutes but I couldn't hate you forever."

"And why is that?" Vala asked.

"I can't really say, but you can ask my master, he's the only one in the position to tell you." Fire answered.

"Your master needs to take notes from you Fire, not hating someone or loving someone for no reason."

"I like your hair, your voice and your face," Ice Fang said, going to meet Fire, "You're beautiful."

"She sure is, after all we belong to each other." Windy said, standing next to Ice Fang.

Vala smiled, "Why can't my Winter learn from you guys, you guys are funny and easy to talk to unlike a grumpy person here."

'Tratriots, you never meditate with me before'

Ruthless said in his mind to his spirit beast.

'Come on master, she belongs to us after all. I can't wait to see your kids, they are all going to carry my strong genes,' Fire said. 'She's our mate, our soulmate strong enough to carry our genes.'

'I told you I don't want to hear that name again. Whatever this stupid bond is, I will find a way to break it. It was a mistake in the first place and I am saving her from a teary future with me,'

"Why do you wish us a tearful future my Winter?" Vala asked, surprising the four of them.

"This answer is for you and you only master," Fire said and disappeared.

"You know I hardly speak master, so try and speak on the behalf of us," Windy said and was gone.

"If you think I will run like those Cowards, then you should think again. But I have somewhere else to go now and I will catch up with you both later," Ice Fang said and was gone.

Giving her some part of his immune power has made her have the ability of hearing them talk in their minds.

"What happened to you my Winter? You just confirm it we are soulmates so why don't you like me. Now I understand why I develop feelings for you in just two days. Why do you keep this secret from me."

"Leave my presence and let me concentrate on my meditating, and besides I am not the only one with secret here."

"I can't believe we are mates," Vala said smiling. "And I don't have a secret."

"Out."

"Why can't you love me, I am your mate for goodness sake, have you no atom of feeling for me, just an inch?"

"No, and do you want to know why? Because you are this ugly fat hippopotamus that doesn't know her right and left. If I needed a mate, it would surely be Athena.

Vala laughed a bit. "Your spirit beasts called me beautiful but thanks for hurting my feelings." She said as tears began to fall down her face. "Thank you, I am only hurt now but that does not mean I will not come back for you my Winter."

With that being said, she turned and ran. She collides with a hard body and could have fallen down to her feet if those icy hands hadn't held her in her waist. He surprised her when he pulled her for a hug.

"I am sorry Vala."

Vala was surprised that he apologized and called her name, that he knows her name.

"What for?" She asked as she melted into his embrace.

"For making you cry, but I can't do what you ask me to do, I loathe the 'L' word that it has become a part of me to kill anyone who says that word to me, I am holding myself. That is why I am looking for the magic spell that we can use to separate our mate bond for good and you shall find a good and better mate. We are not meant to be together and you, P**a and Zelik, know."

Ruthless wasn't expecting the hot slap on his cheek.

Continuation From the Last Episode;

Ruthless stared at Vala, his gaze unwavering.

'Geez I am now scared of this girl,' Fire said in Ruthless mind.

'Yeah, Ice Fang should come, sit and learn from her,' Windy said.

'How did she even know your real name master?' Ice Fang asked but Ruthless ignored them.

"Wow, that was a nice long speech, but face the reality girl, I am not attracted to you one bit," Ruthless said. "So all these doesn't move me." He added.

'Lies,' Fire said in a singing tone, "You can't deceive Fate master."

'YES I CAN,' Ruthless said to them as he glared at Vala.

Getting up to her feet, Vala moved to meet Ruthless.

"Don't you like the name?" She asked and didn't wait for Ruthless's answer. "If you don't like it, well, sorry to burst your bubbles pretty boy, I won't change it. At least give me some credit for such an awesome name."

"I didn't ask you,"

"And you are still here arguing," Vala said smiling. "Admit it, you feel something for me like I do for you."

"No."

"Yes,"

"No,"

"You love me, say it."

"I said I DON'T!" Ruthless shouted holding Vala's neck tight.

The wall behind Vala broke into many pieces. The students who were placing their ears on that wall got exposed as they fell down to the ground, they quickly stood up and started running into their various classes.

"Why do you hate that word my Winter?" Vala managed to ask and as if by magic, he let go of her.

Ruthless stared at the hand he used in holding Vala's neck and stared back at Vala who was still staring at him, his hand marks evident in her neck but they were Fading slowly, very slow. Vala fell down to the ground, shaking.

"I am sorry."

It was as if those words he utter have magic because everyone halts and slowly turns to face the guy who never apologises.

"Did he just apologise to her?" One student whispers.

"He didn't even kill her," another said.

"I let my anger get the best of me," Ruthless said and closed the distance between them. He lifted Vala up as if she weighed nothing and carried her in his arms, he headed towards his section of building given to him. The students all scramble away as he comes out of the broken wall of the cafeteria. The fire became visible as it made way for them.

Leaning much closer to Ruthless and resting her head on his chest as she tries to control herself from shaking too hard, but couldn't. Even in her shaking form, she could feel only one side of his chest beating.

Was Zelik wrong about Ruthless having two hearts? She's just hearing only one side of his chest beating.

Or was Ruthless shielding it?

She just forgets about it and rather focuses on the strong arms around her. It feels good and nice. She could feel herself melting.

Ruthless dropped her on the floor gently, by now, the marks on her neck had turned thick black and were spreading.

Vala wondered what's going to happen next as Ruthless stared at her. He suddenly knelt next to her and made her sit upright with the help of his hands.

"Just forget I ever did this," Ruthless said in a very serious tone. "It's the only way to stop the poison I mistakenly unleash in your body from spreading and killing you." He added.

Then he did what Vala didn't expect him to do.

Ruthless kissed her.

Sorry it's Short, my work has been stressful lately. I will make it longer in the next episode.

Continuation From the Last Episode;

Ruthless rolled his eyes and folded his arms behind him.

"Are you going to gently stand up or should I do the honors?" He asked.

"Your worst can't make me move an inch Handsome, try me," Vala said in a challenge, smirking, as the onlookers watched with interest.

Vala suddenly found herself falling to the ground as the chair disappear and reappears in Ruthless hand, he placed the chair in front Blue.

"That's your chair brother," he said, leaving Blue heading towards one of a table with chairs, they were occupied by two werewolves who quickly stood up when Ruthless was almost at their table. The two werewolves hadn't ordered anything yet so their table was empty.

He sat down on one of the chairs and when he twisted his neck to look at his brother, he found out that Blue wasn't there again and the chain girl was glaring at him.

He couldn't bear it anymore.

"Leave now, all of you." He ordered and everyone scrambled to their feet and ran out of the cafeteria, everyone except Vala.

Vala stood up and dusted herself and went to meet him. By now the cafeteria was empty left for the both of them.

"What is wrong with you, we made a deal and you should keep to your word Ruthless," Vala shouted.

"Finally, she calls my name," Ruthless said with a shrug as a different menu appeared in front of him and Ruthless pointed at some of the things he needed before it disappeared. He glanced up to see Vala still glaring at him. "What?"

"You fail to keep up to your words."

"But I did, I didn't kill anyone yesterday and I am not killing anyone today but will tomorrow," Ruthless said as what he ordered appeared.

Vala grabbed a plate of chicken and sat down on the other chair, chewing the chicken together with its bones.

"Stop venting out your anger on the poor chicken, at least leave the bones out of it," Ruthless told her and ate three spoon of rice before he stop to look at Vala who took the rice plate from him and started to eat it, still glaring at him "First of all, I did not send them out of the cafeteria because I enjoy doing it, you may not understand this, but whenever I am around them, I always have this urge to take their powers. I am power hungry, that's why I always sent them out of the cafeteria, so that it won't get messy." He explained himself.

Vala smiled sweetly at him as she paused in her food, "Oh my Handsome I wasn't angry because of that; but thanks for clarifying that," then she returned to her glaring state, "Why did you take the chair?"

"My name is not Handsome, stop calling me that."

"Whatever, why did you take the chair away from me?"

"Was the chair yours?" Ruthless asked and watched as she finished the rice and took the rabbit soup.

"No, but neither was it Blue's own, his name wasn't written on it."

"Stop eating my food,"

"Actually they are more delicious than the one I was given." Vala told him. "So tell me where were you yesterday? I waited for you but you didn't come."

"I went somewhere private so I couldn't come yesterday and I swear to heaven if you touch that last plate of fish soup I am going to burn your hands," Ruthless said as Vala stretched forth her hand to take the remaining plate. Probably it was the way Ruthless sound that made her put her hands down.

"I was thinking about you all throughout yesterday," Vala said.

"Why?"

"Do you really want to know?"

"Yes,"

"Then tell me why you are not hungry for me powers, I mean you are sitting right before me and haven't asked me to leave yet because according to you, you are power hungry."

"I don't feel that urge to take your powers and why I am letting you sit down here is for two reasons, one, because I made a deal with you so it's rude to send you out and secondly, you are the only person who had stared at me in my face and talk right back at me," Ruthless said. "So I have answered yours, now answer mine." He added.

"I don't know what is wrong with me lately, just two days Ruthless, two days and I think I'm falling in love with you Ruthless." Vala told him as she stared right into his eyes.

They stared at each other.

"I only swim in deep waters. If you want to test my waters, you better know how to swim. When I was a child, I wanted to play with the other kids, to be normal you know. But they stayed away from me and couldn't play with me, even Blue couldn't. As I grow older, I learn to build a thick wall around me, so thick that it would take a million years to pull it down, so you are barking at a wrong tree," Ruthless told her and stood up to leave. "You can eat up the fish soup and stay away from me." He made to turn around and heads for the cafeteria door when Vala's voice stopped him.

"You and I are somehow alike. When I was young, I was mocked, insulted and bullied because of how I look and how fat I am but I have learned to ignore them and focus on myself. Do you know what it feels like to walk around with these chains? So I vented out my anger in my training and I always emerge the best. I was lied to that I was an orphan and I grew up believing that. Then all of a sudden it was all a lie, circumstances separated my parents and me. So you see we are alike, only that in your case, you are the beauty and I am the beast." Vala told him. "Now that I have realized we are truly in the same book, it will be hard to stay away from you. All I know is that I am falling in love with you and I want you, I know it's too soon but we can at least get to know each other."

"I don't like you and that thing you just said, the other 'L' word, I hate it with passion. Stay away from me," Ruthless said to her as he turned to face her.

"You still don't get it do you? I think perhaps this scenario will work; I will always hold a candle for you even until it burns my hand. And when the light has long since gone, I will be there in the darkness holding what remains, which quite simply means I cannot let go." Vala told him. "Your eyes are so white, pure white like snow, I think I will stop calling you Handsome, I think I will call you by another name now, my Winter."

Continuation From the Last Episode;

"And you are sure Ruthless is from the Nilela?" Blue asked, surprised to hear that.

"It's just a hunch honey, don't worry I will get your father to talk about Ruthless mother, but nevertheless, I will surely get to know who she is," queen Lati said in assurance.

"Alright mother, I hope you won't disappoint me," Blue said.

"No, I won't. Trust me son, I know how you feel, I really do," queen Lati said. "So don't think about this much because victory is yours already." She added.

"Thank you mother," Blue said and hugged her which she returned affectionately.

"You know I would do anything for your happiness my son," queen Lati said as they let go of each other. "Goodnight son." She kissed his forehead and left his room and headed for her husband's room.

"I just hope mother is right," Blue said to no one in particular as he continues to gaze outside through his window.

The Next Day; Vala's Apartment.

Vala quickly prepared for school as she couldn't wait to see Ruthless. She just hopes he shouldn't ditch school again. P**a noticed her excitement and couldn't help but ask when Vala was eating and smiling to nothing.

"Why are you so happy today and smiling?"

"Well I will get to see Ruthless in school today, I can't wait for him to tell me what he has been up to yesterday and why he didn't come," Vala said as she finishes her breakfast, normally, Vala is a slow eater so it surprises P**a to see Vala finished her food within two minutes, and standing.

"You are a funny one my dear, while others are scared to be near him or be in the same room with him, you on the other hand are different, you want to see him. You aren't scared of him," P**a said.

"I am not scared of Ruthless one tiny bit, I don't know if it is my Demon side or there is something more, all I know is that I can't wait to see him. You know it's just so strange that I am dying to see someone who I just met two days ago, it's weird right Aunty P**a?" Vala asked, staring at her.

"No," P**a responded but was smiling with a knowing look, "But I think maybe it's the mate bond."

"A mate bond? What is that?" She asked.

"Soulmate Vala, the Creator gives each and every one of us a soulmate, someone who you will spend the rest of your life with through entirety, someone you will want to protect," P**a said.

"So you are telling me Ruthless is my soulmate?" Vala asked with a wild grin.

"There is an eighty percent chance he is," P**a said. "But I can never be too sure because you are hiding your Demon aura with those clothes your guardians gave to you and for you not to wear the clothes, that will bring you more trouble." She added.

"You are right Aunt P**a, but if we are soulmates, why then is he so cold towards me, his wolf would have known it's me," Vala said, she just hoped the Creator matches her with Ruthless.

"I said eighty percent chance Vala," P**a said grinning.

"Oh don't worry about that, the twenty percent will be coming from me." Vala told her. "Have got to start going." She added.

"Just do me a favor, Vala," P**a said as she stared at Vala with seriousness.

"Okay, I am all ears,"

"Don't allow Zelik to know about your feelings for Ruthless."

"I know Aunt P**a," Vala said, "You don't have to tell me, bye."

With that Vala left the house and saw Fairy, she shouted her name which drew Fairy attention to her and Vala hurried up to meet her.

"Sorry I couldn't wait for you after school," Vala said.

"No problem Vala," Fairy said, "I just hope ruthless doesn't come to school today like yesterday. Every teacher taught with yhei heart's beating normal again unlike before." She added.

"He's going to come," Vala said.

"And how would you know that?"

"Just an huch, he will be coming to school today." Vala responded as she tried hard not to think about ruthless face.

"I think you have a crush on him," Fairy surprised Vala with her words.

"Why do you say so?"

"Your eyes Vala, they say a lot, just admit that I am right, you have a crush on him."

"Fine, I admit, I have a crush on Ruthless, a very deep one."

"Well, welcome to our club, you know, every girl in the supernaturals school and outside the school, once they set their eyes on Ruthless, they crush on him but from afar due to fear. I too have a crush on him, a deeper one but I am scared to confess my feelings to him, he's going to kill me," Fairy said and laughed.

Oh, well I am different.

Vala thought as they continued their walk to school.

Arriving at the school, Fairy led the way to the school cafeteria.

The school cafeteria was filled up except for the two tables that were empty. It was noisy as everyone tries to finish their food quickly before a certain boy walks in.

Fairy and Vala walked towards one of the empty tables but Vala glanced at the second and saw that the table and one chair was a little bit different from the others.

"Who has that beautiful table and chair over there?" Vala asked.

"That belongs to Blue, the crown prince of the whole supernaturals, I think he will be eating here today. His mother specifically made that chair only for him and that particular design shouldn't be seen anywhere else." Fairy replied and started fanning herself with one of her hands, "Oh my gosh, Blue is coming to eat today another handsome son of King Galore, swear to you that man genes are too good. I just hope I look my best.

"Well I like it, and I am going there to sit on it," Vala said and didn't wait for Fairy to say a word before she left for Blue's table. When she sat down, the noisy cafeteria all quieted as every eye in there was on her.

Vala pretended not to notice Fairy eyes who was gesturing for her to come over quickly.

A menu magically appeared before Vala and Vala pointed at the kind of chicken soup she wanted, the menu disappeared afterwards and two minutes later, her chicken soup appeared in front of her together with a cup of clean water and she started eating.

The door to the cafeteria opened and Vala heard the sound of feet coming towards her direction. Seeing how more quiet the cafeteria has gotten, she guessed it was Blue because if it was Ruthless, the cafeteria would be empty by now.

"Get up." The voice commanded behind her.

"I don't talk to people who talk behind my back you know," Vala said and she continued eating.

Blue was livid with anger and with his wolf strength, he turned Vala's chair towards him, in that way Vala will be looking straight at him.

Blue was handsome, very, to be sincere, but she wasn't attracted to him like the way she is towards Ruthless.

Vala completely ignored him and carried her food to eat since he had turned her chair to face him.

"Did you not hear what I just said, get up from my seat." Blue bellowed in anger.

"Your seat? Are you fu***ng kidding me?" Vala asked, giving Blue all her full attention. "Okay, I will only get up from here if you will show me where your name is written, until then, allow me to eat my food." She added.

Blue collected the food from her hand and threw, no, flinging it away from her. He raised up his hand to slap her but a hand prevented him from doing so.

From the strong aura and scent hovering around the cafeteria, no one needed to tell Vala who it is.

"You don't hit a woman's brother," Ruthless voice was heard, appearing beside his brother.

The students all stood and were rushing out of the cafeteria.

"Seat down all of you," Ruthless voice came out as a whisper and the running feet's halt. "No one is leaving, now go back to your seats and eat your food." He added, they returned back to their seats, but all had lost their appetite and made no move at their plate. "Eat." That prompted them to pick up their spoons and resume eating. He returned his gaze to his brother.

Blue forcefully removed his hand from Ruthless. "You don't tell me what to do, you have no authority," Blue said. "Now tell this ugly fat thing to get up from my seat or els-"

Interrupting him as he faces Vala, "Get up from his seat," he said.

Crossing her arms across her breast and stared only at Ruthless. "No."
