1 Peter 5:8 "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."
Whoever the devil devour were not part of the few who are chosen, now beloved the way forward in order to be part of those ones that are chosen being among the few... Is being alert and of sober mind.
How can we be alert and of sober mind... Knowing truly Jesus Christ died and resurrected to bring us hope of salvation, then we have to hold on to this very truth till the end comes and continue in it and never turn away from the very truth no matter what....
2 peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."
John 3 :16 "For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."
Matthew 6:33 — "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."
