Our Principal, Dr Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, today paid a courtesy visit to the APC State Secretariat, Acme Road, where he was warmly received by the State Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi.

In his remarks, Pastor Ojelabi commended Dr Samuel Mawuyon Ajose for the maturity, loyalty, and sportsmanship he has demonstrated throughout the gubernatorial process and for putting the party above personal ambition.

Dr Samuel Mawuyon Ajose reaffirmed his full support for Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat and his unwavering commitment to the re election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, under the Renewed Hope 2.0 Agenda.

My dear leaders, stakeholders, and members of the SMA Movement,

After consultations with party leaders and key stakeholders, I have taken the decision to withdraw from the Lagos State governorship race and fully support His Excellency, Dr Obafemi Kadri Hamzat, in the interest of party unity and the continued progress of Lagos State.

To everyone who believed in this journey and worked tirelessly across the wards, LGAs, and communities, I am deeply grateful. What we built was never just about an election. It was about service, participation, and our shared vision for a better Lagos.

As we move forward, I urge us all to remain united, focused, and fully committed to the success of our great party, the Renewed Hope 2.0 agenda, and the re election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in 2027.

Strong movements do not happen by chance. They are built by vision, sacrifice, structure, and steady hands behind the scenes.

As Director General of the SMA Movement, Hon. Abiodun Coker (FCCA, AFA) has been far more than an administrator. He has been a steady force, helping steer this movement with discipline, conviction, and unwavering commitment through every defining moment.

What was built across Lagos in such a short time was no small feat, and his leadership, alongside our Principal, Dr Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, helped shape a formidable political family rooted in belief, structure, and purpose.

This moment is not about defeat. It is about maturity. It is about strategy. It is about choosing unity and the bigger progressive vision for Lagos and Nigeria.

The movement remains strong. The structure remains intact. The mission continues.
