Subject: Sustaining Operational Activities During Transition Period
Dear Esteemed Officers,
I bring you warm greetings and commend each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication, discipline, and commitment to the ideals and objectives of our noble organisation.
As we currently await the completion of the transition process at the State Command level, I wish to strongly encourage all Most Senior Officers, Senior Officers, and members of the ranks and file to remain active and steadfast in the discharge of your duties across all Units and Area Commands.
This transition period is not a time for inactivity or disengagement. Rather, it is a critical moment that calls for heightened responsibility, unity, and continued visibility of our operations within our communities. I therefore urge you all not to relent, but to sustain and, where possible, intensify activities such as drills, community service, public enlightenment campaigns, and maintenance of law and order within your respective jurisdictions.
At the State level, I assure you that immediately the new State Commander is officially sworn in, leadership will resume in earnest with renewed vigour and direction. However, until that time, the strength and relevance of our Command depend largely on your individual and collective efforts at the grassroots.
Let us continue to uphold the core values of discipline, service, patriotism, and integrity which define Man O’ War Nigeria. Your commitment during this period will not only sustain the Command but also set a strong foundation for the incoming leadership.
I count on your continued cooperation and loyalty.
Thank you all for your service.
Signed:
Amb. Dr. Ayua Austine mncs
State Commander
