GOD’S MEDICINE

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let themnot depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they arelife unto those that find them, and health [medicine] to all their flesh. —
PROVERBS 4:20-22

A marginal note in a good reference Bible will show that the last phrase ofthe above text can read “and medicine to all their flesh.” This means that Godhas “prescribed” His words for our healing and for our health!
But medicine, even in the natural, won’t do any good unless you take itaccording to directions. You could go to a doctor, get a prescription, have it
filled, take it home, set it on your bedside table — and still grow steadilyworse!
You could call the doctor and complain, “I don’t understand it. I paidgood money for this prescription, but I’m getting worse.” The doctor might
ask, “Are you taking your medicine according to the directions?” “Well, no,
but I’ve got it right here in the bottle at my bedside.” The medicine won’t
work just because it’s in the bottle. You’ve got to get it in you!
And God’s medicine (your Bible) won’t work just because you have it onyour bedside table. But it will work if you’ll get it down on the inside of you

(Barr.) Sunday Kappo will be visiting the PMG as a group tomorrow, Wednesday, 26th May, 2021 at the Group Founder's Residence, 8, Lawal Street, Igborosun Town to declare his ambition and seek for votes.
Arrival Time is 2.00pm.
Please come with your APC Membership Slip, and ALL WARDS MUST BE REPRESENTED.

My name is Comr. Moses I. Fagboyinbo.
I am the Acting Secretary General to this sociopolitical group, Progressive Movement Group (PMG), Lagos State Chapter, which I want to introduce to you.
The Progressive Movement Group, which is now over 2 years in existence has spread to all Divisions of Lagos State, still spreading in Ogun, Oyo, Kastina States, and Abuja.

A SHORT BRIEF ON THE PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT GROUP (PMG)

The Progressive Movement Group is a new distinct sociopolitical group that is fast spreading and which is affiliated to the great party, All Progressive Congress (APC).
It was founded by an eminent, revered and worthy APC party man with mature dispositions, Elder Monsuru Lawal in relationship with some respected distinguished APC members.
The group, which started early in 2018 has amongst its aims and objectives the followings:-

1. To act as mouthpiece and link between ordinary party members and the party, and to facilitate the realization of dividends of democracy.

2. To Participate, sponsor or be involved actively in progressive political activities that guarantees democratic due process.

3. To sponsor or facilitate provision of basic needs of life, from time to time to widows, orphans, physically challenged persons, pregnant women, children, students, the poor and the old aged.

4. To sponsor or facilitate provision of learning materials and equipment to formal and informal learning institutions and skills acquisition centres.

5. To organize regular free medical test and treatments to the general public.

6. To sponsor or facilitate empowerment programmes for skilled but poor and less privileged professionals and artisans.

7. To sponsor or facilitate seminars, workshops and reorientation programmes for businessmen and women, market women and men.

8. To organize, or partner, or collaborate with governmental or other nongovernmental organizations in programmes that are supportive to the advocacy and propagation of the 17 Sustainable De
