HON. IDIOVWA ATTENDS MARRIAGE CEREMONIES...

Earlier today, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the coming 2023 House of Assembly election; Hon. Elijah Michael Idiovwa (Jimmy) was in Obodeti- Orogun, where he attended the traditional marriage ceremony of Faith Ominigbo, the daughter of a PDP Chieftain; Chief John Ominigbo who tied the knot with Henry.

The leading House of Assembly candidate also graced the traditional marriage ceremony of Okiemute Faith Enakpodia, the daughter of PDP Chieftain; Chief Magistrate Enakpodia who tied the nuptial with Amenaghawon Osahor at Otorho-Orogun.

Hon. Idiovwa wished the new married couples a blissful married life in an ambiance filled with joy and love.

IDIOVWA's OFFICIAL DECLARATION TO HIS CONSTITUENTS.

"We must regain our lost mandate stolen by the opposition and give the people quality representation"

It was a great event yesterday being 29th March 2022, as Idiovwa officially declared to contest for the office of Delta State House of Assembly, Ughelli North Constituency 1. This was done in the presence of the Elders, leaders, Party Executives, and stakeholders of the People Democratic Party (PDP), Ughelli North Constituency 1, at the Orogun residence of the Constituency Leader, Chief A. K. Osawota.

The leading aspirant under the PDP, Idiovwa, began his speech by thanking God almighty for allowing him to stand before his party faithful.

SUMMARY OF THE SPEECH:

“My name is Elijah Michael Idiovwa, from Imodje-Orogun, a graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu.

Our constituency has produced some of the finest legislators, but I think we need a new representative with fresh ideas, the right intellectual capacity, and decent character to inject fresh breath into the DTHA.

I have a few agendas to share with us if given the party ticket and subsequently win the general election, come 2023:

–As a house member, I will secure the laws that will benefit our people.

–We shall put in place, a well-standard Constituency office at Agbarha-Otor, where all the constituents' complains and needs will be channeled and attended to.

–We shall annually organize Constituency town hall meetings to report back to my people and hear their demands as well.

–By the grace of God, meaningful developments will be attracted to our Constituency.

–Our Primary and secondary schools will be put in a standard form; provide social amenities, uniforms, Sandals, and writing materials for our learners.

– We are to organize a small-scale business for the aged women and a monthly stipend.

–Human Capital and Infrastructural Development won't be left out.

Lastly, I intend to review and push for an amendment to the extant Delta State consolidated revenue law and other tax laws in the state to help tighten loose ends, prevent Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) from going into private pockets, and see how to improve tax generation in the state.

My elders and leaders, we all know the peculiarity of our constituency, we need a person with the energy and mental strength to face and defeat the opposition in the coming election. With the new electoral act just signed into law, it makes it better for us because our votes will now count. We need a candidate that has all the prerequisites to reclaim our stolen mandate, and by the grace of God, I Elijah Michael Idiovwa am more qualified and capable to fly the flag of our great party, the PDP, in the coming general elections.

IDIOVWA GRACED MARRIAGE CEREMONIES AT OROGUN AND EVWRENI RESPECTIVELY.

History have created yesterday, being the 27th of March, 2022, it was all exhilaration as the frontline aspirant, DTHA, Ughelli North constituency-1, Hon. Elijah Michael Idiovwa, as he attends the marriage ceremony of the Woman leader of Orogun Ward-1, Unit-6, Mrs. Sunday Onome, at Orogun main Town.

Subsequently, he progressed to Evwreni kingdom to grace the marriage ceremony of Evwreni PDP Youth Leader, Mr. Jonny Emmanuel.

Idiovwa, while celebrating with the couples on their union, urged them to build their home in passion, conviction, and tolerance.

He wished the newly become joined couples an amazing nuptial life filled with happiness and joy.

The Orogun born politician was accompanied by fellows of his campaign team, amongst who are: Campaign DG, Hon. Mathias Ovbioghor, the leader Ughelli North Legislative Arm, Hon. James Efenedo, a former councilor from Ogor, Hon. Otega Asore, his ally, Mr. Jeme Mitini Adjenughure, his director of the media team, Comr. NEWS FLASH: IDIOVWA'S EXPRESSION OF INTEREST & NOMINATION FORMS, COLLECTED.

This afternoon, the leading aspirant, DTHA, Ughelli North constituency-1, Hon. Elijah Michael Idiovwa (Jimmy), along with his campaign team and friends was at the PDP secretariat, Asaba, to obtain his nomination form.

Immediately after the purchase, we did a quick visit to honor our national PDP leader from Ughelli North constituency-1, Chief A.K. Osawota, at his Asaba's dwelling.

The highly venerable Chief upheld Jimmy and suggested some strategic ideas towards not just winning the PDP primary, but to win the general election come 2023.

“This which you've brought here, I don't see as a nomination form, but a certificate of return." Chief Osawota concluded.

Subsequently, we visited another great Orogun son and PDP leader, Chief George Oyefia, at his Orogun home. Prayers weren't left out as everyone was overjoyed to see the form.

Idiovwa in a congratulatory message issued today Thursday, the 24th of March, 2022 through his Media Director, Comr. Austin Omokpe, described the emergence of Pastor Kess as the birth of a new dawn in Ughelli North, stressing that Kess Nuomoja is an experienced politician, very reliable and committed gentleman who will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duties as the Ughelli North PDP Chairman.

FLASH: A CAR & MOTORCYCLES GIFTED AGAIN...

According to Albert Einstein, “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile." This is one principle, Hon Elijah Michael Idiovwa , a frontline aspirant of Ughelli North Constituency-1, Delta State House of Assembly, come 2023, is operating on.

Yesterday being 18th of March 2022, Hon. Idiovwa, through his leader, George Oyefia, presented a car gift to the Evwreni PDP ward chairman, Chief John Iyu, in his country home at Imoje-Orogun.

Subsequently, two motorcycles were also presented to the Evwreni PDP woman leader, Mrs. Florence Awenuvie, and the woman leader of Orogun PDP Federal ward 1, Mrs. Ufuoma Ogheneruemu respectively.

It was a joyful moment for Evwreni ward chairman, who took out time to appreciate Hon. Idiovwa on behalf of those presented with the gifts.

“I just wanted to let you know the things you do for our constituency do not go unnoticed. I appreciate your dedication and service, and I know others do too!” Chief John Iyu asserted.

MRS. IDIOVWA DISTRIBUTES SCHOOL UNIFORMS, NOTEBOOKS, SANDALS TO PUPILS...

Mrs. Oke Idiovwa, the wife of the Frontline Delta State House of Assembly hopeful of Ughelli North Constituency 1, Hon. Elijah Michael Idiovwa has distributed school materials to the pupils of Imodje Primary School, Imodje-Orogun, as part of her efforts to contribute to the educational needs of the people.

According to Mrs. Oke Idiovwa, she paid a visit to the school on her birthday, January 17th, 2022, when she saw the plight and challenges of some of the pupils, she took it upon herself to ameliorate it, then made a promise to provide the basic needs of the pupils.

Therefore, yesterday monday, the 14th of March, 2022, Mrs. Oke Jimmy Idiovwa was at Imodje Primary School, Imodje-Orogun to fulfill the promise made, hence distributed free school uniforms, notebooks, sandals, food, and drinks amongst other basic needs of the pupils.

The joy on the faces of the pupils and teachers was everything, the Headmaster, teachers and the pupils thanked Mrs. Jimmy Idiovwa for making this happen, noting that a better society with thoughtful people is what they pray for.

He characterized the number one leader of Ogor Ward, Chief Oduma, as a reliable party chieftain who has contributed remarkably to the improvement of the party in Ughelli North and Delta State at large.

The frontline aspirant further asserted that Chief Oduma is a grassroots mobilizer and a loyal leader whose oversight prowess cannot be forgotten in a hurry.
