I Will Continue To Ensure Youth Inclusive Administration- PDP State Youth Leader, Dantsoho

In the quest for the progress and development of our dear party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Kwara State youth leader of the party, Prince Haliru Dantsoho Mahmud yesterday met with party youth leaders at the state secretariat, Ilorin Kwara State, as he promised to continue to ensure youth inclusive administration.

In his message to the three senatorial youth leaders and other sixteen local government youth leaders in the state, Prince Haliru who is one of the leading youth advocates in Nigeria appreciate the youth leaders for their steadfastness and commitment towards the progress and development of the party so far.

"Indeed, the recent election of Hon. Muhammad Suleiman as the PDP national youth leader is a testament of the immutable truth of the age and immutable power of the young mind, the possibility that abounds when we come together and when we decide that we want to take power.

This has confirmed the truth that this generation of youth are ready to take Kwara state and Nigeria to a greater heights." Mahmud added.

According to him, PDP party has shown that no other proof of us being ready to take back the mantle of leadership giving the what it's been doing now both in the state and national. With what is on ground, it's a misplaced judgement to say "Nigeria youths are lazy".

2023, both in Kwara state and Nigeria as a whole, we cannot continue to recycle experience in failure. PDP must take over the power and rescue the masses. To achieve this, as the party youth leaders across the sixteen LGs in the state, youth have a lot to do. Dantsoho said.

He however prayed for success and victory over Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki's presidential ambition ahead of 2023 general elections.

Ekiti LG Youth Hails Agenda As He Bags Excellence Award From NAEKS Headquarters

The former student leader who also doubled as the pioneer coordinator of Ekiti Grassroots Youth Progressive Forum has been honoured an award of excellence as the Outstanding Stakeholder of the Year.

National Association of Ekiti Kwara Students NAEKS, had at their award night which took place Thursday, 30th December, 2021 at Pa. James Owolabi Memorial hall, Osi to mark the association’s Summit program to honoured Com. Ojo Opeyemi Samson for his contribution towards the progress of the association

In a statement released by the President of the said association, Lady. Com. Oyedele Roseline, Com. Ojo Opeyemi Samson is a man of virtue who have stood and still reckoning with the affairs of the association. He has fought and won in time of titanic struggle as a comrade.

The Peoples Democratic Party Youth Leader Ekiti LG chapter, Comrade Abiodun Segun Ege commends Ojo Opeyemi Samson for his support for the association so far, tagged him a man of many paths. The former Social Director, Osun State College of Education, Ege appreciate the NAEKS headquarter for not being an ingrate.

According to the Com. Ojo Opeyemi Samson, “Without my political leaders who gave me the mandate to served and keep serving, this award won’t come to reality. But I dedicate this award not only for the party youth but to the entire PDP family, Ekiti LG Chapter.

Developing: Some selected Peoples Democratic Party, PDP stakeholders in Isolo community, Opin ward Ekiti local government, Kwara State held a meeting at Isolo Opin primary school.

The progressive meeting which led by Honorable Bola Adaramola. The PDP leader in lsolo opin community stated it in a clear term that the meeting was basically on the onward review of party activities and future of Saraki dynasty in Isolo and Opin ward as a whole.

Also speaking at the meeting, Mr Oluwole Dada Emmanuel charged the party stakeholders to continue to work towards the progress of the party as we are preparing to unseat this current administration come 2023. This can only be achieved through unity and love among the party leaders and members of PDP.

Hon. Alex the party chairman however urged the party leaders to keep encourage the party faithfuls on the ongoing PDP party online registration and Permanent Voters Card.

PDP Ekiti LG Chapter Joins Family of Late Femi Ajayi At 3rd ECWA Eruku City for Burial & Church Service

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Ekiti chapter, Mr Agbelusi Felix Olushola (JP) led the representative of the LG party excos and stakeholders to Late Honorable Reuben Olufemi Ajayi and his late wife, Mrs Folashade Toyin Ajayi's burial and church service at 3rd ECWA Eruku city.

Agbulelusi in his message, Late Ajayi was a legend, a giant politician whose commitment and loyalty to the party cannot be measured. As a former vice Chairman Ekiti local government, his numerous contributions and achievements towards the development of the local government cannot be overemphasized. He said.

"Till his death, Hon. Ajayi's love for Saraki dynasty and Ekiti local government cannot be ignore. No doubt, he will be missed forever. As we all know that, death is inevitable, we can't question God. But we prayed to almighty God to continue to look after what he left behind and forgive his shortcomings" Chairman added.

Dear Hon. Ajayi Reuben Olufemi, (Goalie Oro) We loved you but God love you more. Continue to rest in perfect peace!

Group applauds Saraki over Owolabi's appointment

***Sets for house to house campaign ahead 2023

The Saraki Grassroot Ladies Forum, Osi Ekiti local government area of Kwara State has appreciated the immediate past Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, over the appointment of Chief Mrs Felicia Ebun Owolabi as a Member of the National Board of Trustee of the Peoples Democratic Party.

In a statement signed by coordinator of Saraki Grassroot Ladies Forum, Mrs Alabi Aishat Toyin Abd'Lateef (Alive), expressed the group's gratitude over the appointment of Hon. Felicia Ebun Owolabi as member National Board of Trustees (BoT) Peoples' Democratic Party. This is another attestation to the fact that the Saraki political structure never undermined the roles of women in political activities. It is indeed a strong hope for us as young women in politics, she said.

Mrs Alabi Aisha also reiterated the readiness of the forum to kick start a "House to House Campaign" in Osi Community, Ekiti LGA to create awareness and mobilize prospective voters for the ongoing continuous voters registration (CVR) and also the PDP membership registration and revalidation exercise.

"Voter's card is the weapon to effect positive changes in government and a strong tool to reclaim power from the in emptitude of the ruling APC government in the state. We urge all party members to get their INEC voters' cards and endeavour to participate in the ongoing PDP online membership registration."

The coordinator, who is a very vibrant and advocate of women inclusion in politics, Mrs Alabi Aisha Toyin (Alive) also advised young women to be active in Party activities. She urged them to use their energy and numbers to their own advantages.

Alabi Aishat however encouraged other members of her forum on community sensitization to gain more members into the party.

"With the just concluded PDP Congresses at the Ward, LG, State and National levels, the women inclusiveness witnessed 30 to 35 % affirmative. This is a pointer that the Peoples' Democratic Party values the women and that it's ready to stage a come back in the 2023 general elections.

Also Speaking at the meeting, Mrs Aina Olushola appreciated the group coordinator, Mrs Alabi Aisha Abdulateef, also applauded the leadership sagacity of Hon. Felicia Ebun Owolabi in Ekiti LGA and the state in general She noted that it's time for agressive house to house campaign, to send the APC government parking in the state and at the national level. She added that the worst PDP is far better than the best APC is offering presently.

*PDP Ex- Chairmen, Councillors, Supervisors, Women Leaders and Youth Leaders Meets Party Structure on Party Progress*

The former councillors, Supervisory Councilors, Ward chairmen, Women leaders and Youth leaders of People's Democratic Party PDP in Ekiti Local government held a meeting with LG government party executive discussed on how to progress party ahead of 2023 general election.

In his opening remark, Chief Ayodele Agboola the immediate past chairman Opin ward explained the aims and objective of the forum. He stressed further to acknowledge the pragmatic approach of the newly elected LG excos led by Mr Olushola Felix Agbelusi. As time goes on, the forum will spread her tentacles in order to gain more valuable members. Agboola added.

Speaking at the meeting, the former councillor representing Osi ward ll between 2008/2013, Honorable Ishaq Ahmod Abolarin hailed the initiators of the forum. The former Speaker Ekiti LG Hon. Ishaq also enjoyed the party structures to charge the party members in the LGA to participate in the ongoing online party registration and PVC.

In his closing remark, PDP party chairman, Ekiti LG chapter, Mr Felix Olushola Agbelusi said, it's my pleasure to be among this progressive team. As opposition party, we have alots to do, and I want to appreciate your love, commitment and unrelenting effort as we approach 2023 general election. Agbelusi stated.

PDP Ekiti LG Commiserates Oni Sunday on Father's Death

The entire party leaders and stakeholders in Ekiti local government Kwara state has commiserated Samuel Sunday Oni the coordinator of Ekiti Grassroots Youth Progressive Forum (EGYPF) over the death of his father, Late Kayode Ezekiel Oni.

In a condolence message issued by LG Party Chairman, Mr Felix Agbelusi Olushola described the death of Late Kayode Oni as a great loss to the family and the entire Osi community.

"I offer my heartfelt sympathy to the coordinator of Ekiti Grassroots, Mr Sunday Oni over this sad indelible loss. Agbelusi said".

The PDP Ekiti LG chairman prayed that almighty God will forgive late Oni shortcoming and grant the entire family fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss and be with the family at this difficult time.
