Are you aware the human body can be likened to the engine of a car?

No sane driver embarks on a journey without conducting proper checks to ensure the various components of his car are in perfect condition.

Now ask yourself; when was the last time you checked your body system???

On a scale of 1 to 10, what number would you rate your mental health???

How sound are you and how are you kicking???

Slow down a bit, take a deep breath and calm your nerves.
Why the whole hustle and bustle; is it really worth it???

Are you aware that life's issues and challenges are never ending....

When was the last time you exercised???

As much as we all have Great Plans, Dreams and Amazing Aspirations of the beautiful future we desire for ourselves and our children, we are not even rest assured of seeing tomorrow.

Remember the popolar saying that
✓ Yesterday is History,
✓ Tomorrow is a Mystery which we cannot categorically tell what tomorrow has in store,
✓ Today is a gift.

This is the only moment that we are rest assured of. No one knows what will happen in the next minute or hour.

Please do not over burden yourself on the petty issues of Life.

When stressing over an issue, ask yourself how would you feel about this issue in the next 10 minuets, 10 months and 10 years? Chances are that you wouldn't even remember the issue at hand in the nearest future.

Take a little step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Take a deep breath and relax your body and mind.

Get off the Internet, Possibly take a walk, leave your phone behind, leave everything behind and take a little stroll with just you and your mind.

Come back, sit down, relax and allow the stress melt away.
What will be will be. Quit Worrying.

Today is June 18th and it's World International Panic day.
Slow down and take some time off to meditate/rest.

Important Reminder
Today is World Hepatitis Day (28th July, 2020)

Remember, Hepatitis especially Hepatitis B is the most dangerous disease of Liver, one doesn't contact this disease only through what he/she consumes (drinks especially). It is more deadly than HIV if not properly taken care of, and can also be contacted through the same ways HIV could be contacted.

Therefore, be careful of whom you are sharing things especially sharp objects and drinking objects with, as well as whom you are having fun with. It can also be contacted through mother to child pregnancy.

WHO says: live and play a healthy life, and happy World Hepatitis Day.
