2: Almond seeds.
3: Cashew nuts.
4: Pumpkin seeds.

8: peanut or ground nuts.

Happy Sunday family.If you want to start a weight loss journey, my darling please go get pure cocoa powder, add one tablespoon of this powder inside a cup of hot water,add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir it very well allow it to cool to warm. Take it first thing in the morning. Watch the magic.
