IMO APP CONGRATULATES IKENGA UGOCHINYERE ON HIS UNANIMOUS ENDORSEMENT BY THE HOUSE MINORITY CAUCUS

The State Working Committee led by Hon. Njesi Ernest on behalf of the leadership and membership of the Action Peoples Party (APP), Imo State, heartily congratulate our distinguished leader, an exceptional parliamentarian, and Member representing Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Barr. Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, on his recent unanimous endorsement by the Minority Caucus of the House of Representatives for a higher legislative leadership responsibility.

This remarkable endorsement is a fitting recognition of Hon. Ugochinyere's outstanding contributions to legislative excellence, principled leadership, unwavering commitment to democratic ideals, and courageous representation of the interests of his constituents and the Nigerian people.

IMO APP COMMENCES TOUR OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS FOR MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION MONITORING

As part of efforts to monitor the ongoing state-wide membership registration exercise, the State Executive Committee of the Action People’s Party (APP), Imo State Chapter, has released the official schedule for its tour of Local Government Areas (LGAs).

This monitoring and verification exercise requires the mandatory presence of the following persons at each designated venue in their respective LGAs:

All members of the LGA Registration Committee
All three (3) Ward Anchor Persons from each ward in the LGA
All leaders, stakeholders, supporters, and admirers of the party within the LGA

During the visits, the State Executive Committee will focus on the following:

(i) Inspection of the temporary registers (both filled and unfilled)
(ii) Reports from Ward Anchor Persons
(iii) Feedback and observations from stakeholders and leaders
(iv) Interaction with intending members who wish to join the party

All concerned persons are expected to attend promptly and participate fully in the exercise.

ACTION PEOPLE'S PARTY (APP) LAUNCHES MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION EXERCISE ACROSS 305 WARDS IN IMO STATE.

To Unveil LGA Registration Committees and Ward Anchor Persons

The Interim State Executive Committee of the Action People’s Party (APP), under the leadership of Hon. Ernest Njesi , hereby announces the official commencement of its physical membership registration exercise across the 305 INEC wards in Imo State. This initiative which is scheduled to kick off on Saturday 22nd November, 2025, marks a significant milestone in the party’s determined efforts to bring about a transformed Imo State for the benefit of all its citizens.

In view of the foregoing and in line with provisions of the party's constitution, the Interim State Executive Committee has approved the composition of Local Government Area (LGA) Membership Registration Committees and the appointment of Ward Anchor Persons across the state. The full list of LGA Registration Committees and Ward Anchor Persons will be published in due course.

The party most responsibly extends a formal invitation to all Imolites above age 18, to avail themselves of this opportunity to enrol en masse as members and actively contribute to the NEW IMO our party, APP is poised to deliver. The Action People’s Party remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering development, peace, security, and inclusive governance in the state.

The Action People’s Party stands as the sole credible and dependable alternative political platform for Imo State.
