*RESOLUTIONS OF THE WEEKLY EXPANDED NATIONAL WORKING COMMITTEE (NWC) ONLINE MEETING*

*PREAMBLE*
The Secretariat presented its report on ongoing administrative activities, membership matters, correspondence, and implementation of previous resolutions.
*RESOLUTIONS:*
*The meeting resolved that:*
1. The Secretariat should continue to strengthen administrative coordination across all State Chapters and Directorates.
2. All outstanding reports from State Chapters and Directorates should be submitted promptly to the National Secretariat.
3. Regular communication and monitoring mechanisms should be sustained to ensure effective implementation of National policies.
4. Following extensive deliberations on the amended draft of the INC Manifesto, members unanimously declared the document was comprehensive and reflective of the vision, mission, objectives, and ideological direction of the organization.
5. On the foregoing, the Igbo National Council (INC) Manifesto (As Amended) 2026 is hereby formally adopted as the official policy and ideological document of the organization.
6. The adopted Manifesto shall serve as the principal guide for all programs, advocacy, mobilization, governance, and strategic engagements of the Council.
7. The National Secretariat shall finalize formatting, publication, printing, and digital circulation of the Manifesto.
8. All officers, Directorates, State Chapters, and affiliated structures shall align their activities with the provisions of the adopted Manifesto.
9. The Meeting deliberated extensively on preparations for the forthcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM and therefore resolved that Preparations for the 2026 AGM scheduled to hold on Saturday 7th November, 2026 should commence immediately.
10. The Meeting mandated the National Secretariat to develop and circulate a comprehensive AGM program and implementation timetable.
11. The meeting directed that LOC be constituted to oversee planning, logistics, finance, publicity, protocol, accreditation, and security for the upcoming 2026 AGM.
12. The Meeting directed that State Chapters should intensify membership mobilization and ensure maximum participation at the 2026 AGM.
13. The Meeting resolved that the 2026 AGM should be held in a befitting Hotel.
