Riv Taf TAF NIGERIA HOMES has entered into a partnership with THE GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE OF NIGERIA, to develop mass housing for middle to high income earners

TAF NIGERIA HOMES LIMITED has entered into a partnership with THE GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE OF NIGERIA, to develop mass housing for middle to high income earner in the State. The Government has provided 39.82 hectares of land for the project at Peter Odili Road (Golf Estate), Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State,Nigeria. The project will consist of the development, building and management of

middle high income housing communities as well as the development and delivery of infrastructures such as shopping centres, central water sewage and power supply. The first phase which comprise of 31 villas, 62 town houses and 608 apartments has been completed. We currently have over 65 families living in them. The second phase which is made up of 4/5 bedroom luxury villas and town houses with boys quarters currently under construction will be ready by April 2016

The following services will be offered in the estate upon completion:

-24 hours electricity and water supply
-Round the clock security (gated community)
-Garbage collection
-Maintenance of streets and public areas
